Closets for Less of Bucks

I used this company about 8 months ago, and am just disapointed in the quality of the job. In my laundry room, we had put up a shelf that folded down so that I could fold clothes. Well when the time came to install, it did not fit. There was not enough room between the washer/​dryer and the shelf for anyone to stand. I was not given a credit, shouldn’t he have known that it would not fit? It was even his suggestion. When he took down the previous shelving in the laundry room, he did not patch or paint, and it still looks unfinished. I just patched and will touchup myself. We had something else done from The Container Store and they sanded, patched and painted. Looks amazing. I was just a number and not give the best service or quality.
