We utilize the National Restaurant Associations (ServSafe) Food Safety Program, to teach our clients the proper way to handle, prepare, and store food, as well as personal hygiene, and how to create and maintain a safe working environment.
History
Established in 2013.
We developed our business (Food Safety Academics, LLC) after working in various aspects of the hospitality/culinary fields, and having the opportunity to (train and develop) staff for a national restaurant chain.

Eric A.
Business Owner
Eric has held various positions in the hospitality industry, including kitchen manager (at a high volume) restaurant unit, Director of Restaurants (for a national hotel), and Dining Operations Manager (at a medical school) in the Philadelphia area.
He enjoys the interaction from the training and development of clients, which lead to the creation of Food Safety Academics, LLC.
