Affordable Fixes

Our water heater failed and was pouring out water. None of the big names could come out so we just took a chance on Affordable Fixes. They were polite and kept us informed the whole time, the price was reasonable and a year later we haven’t had any problems.
Definitely would call these guys for future repairs.

I have several properties and have used a dozen or more plumbers over the years.
I’m happy to say this company has hit my personal trifecta for working long term with a contractor.
They showed up when they said, gave a reasonable quote, and promptly performed services needed.
I’m confident we will be working together at all the properties for many years. If you own a house or any other properties you WILL need a plumber !
Looking forward to using them on my next Hvac repair.

Val and affordable are always reliable and responsive when you need them. The first time I used them, I needed my hot water heater fixed in a hurry, they came out and fixed it the next day. They are always fair and honest with prices and diagnosis. I never feel like I am being overcharged because of my lack of knowledge of the problem.

I have an oil heater that hates to work. It is always getting clogged and just stops working — because oil heat is the worst thing ever and I recommend avoiding renting in a place with oil heat (in my lease, I are responsible for most of the maintenance — which I didn’t know much about because WHO HAS EVER HAD OIL HEAT BEFORE)
Anyway — like the other review said, they were the first people that said they could come out. Considering the freezing temperatures lately, this was very important to me.
Not only did the technician come within 24 hours of my call but he also stayed until it was fixed and actually heating the house. He was just concerned about the heater being fixed. Nothing feels better then working heat in the middle of a record breaking cold winter.
He also gave us advice for the next time this happened — I will probably just keep calling them if it keeps stopping. The service was affordable, friendly and HE FIXED IT!

My air conditioner suddenly broke and Affordable was the first company that could come take a look. They were both unprofessional and incompetent, and any review I could write wouldn’t be as informative as my live-​tweets of my experience with them, reposted here for your benefit:
