We use to eat here all the time. However about 6 months ago the customer service went downhill and we said we would not eat there again. However we tried to give it another shot. VERY disappointed !!! We ended up getting up and leaving after sitting for about 15 minutes without being waited on. The place was not very busy and there were 4 employees standing behind the counter laughing and chatting. We won’t EVER enter their front doors again.

Arturo’s has a great breakfast and lunch menu. Great verity from which to choose. Meals are also deliciously prepared and the service is prompt. Prices are reasonable. Karaōke on Fridays and Sundays are great too. The KJ makes everyone feel at home. They are nice, cheery and makes Karaōke a fun experience for all. The Servers are even more fun, they all are happy and polite. They do get busy but they always serve the right drinks with a big smile. Come to Arturo’s and experience the fun, fun, fun yourself.

Mary K and other doubters, the Arturo’s work seven days a week to bring the freshest, tastiest food to their restaurant’s tables. Reasonable prices, even when food prices continue to grow higher. And calling someone an accused rapist on this public forum is pretty low. There is a difference between accused and convicted. Get your facts straight before posting something like that on this public site. Just because you were asked to leave The Establishment a month ago, doesn’t give you grounds to slander someone’s name and especially the Arturo’s, who work tirelessly to make their establishment one of the best in this small town.

Great place to eat breakfast or lunch in Phelan, but you can’t get supper here as they’re only open from 6:30am to 3pm 7 days a week. The Arturo’s Sports Bar & Grill is next door so you could go there for supper. Arturo’s Kitchen is definitely worth bookmarking and checking out. I’ve had several burritos from Arturo’s Kitchen that some of my coworkers bought, as our construction project office is right next door, and they have always been delicious. The place is small but roomy and it is comfortable. The staff is very friendly, warm and welcoming. They offer a lot of menu choices from American to Mexican. A lot of locals eat here and they have told us that the food is always good. In the construction business we learn to listen to the locals. So check it out for yourself.

French dip sandwich was pretty tasty, cant say I like the skin on the fries, which I think is a sin against the Culinary Gods in any restaurant. Everybody in our party seemed content with their meals the service was good and the prices were fair.

Breakfast and service are top notch. Greeted with a smile. We ordered chorizo with egg. It arrived piping hot and hearty. We also had hot chocolate, hot tea and water — all served with a smile. We also had Side of hash browns and an order of French Toast. Delicious! They let us bring our little dog in and we kept him in the kennel while we ate. He was polite and didn’t make a peep. It was our first time here, but we might make a drive out again sometime as the food was fresh and hot and delicious! And more important, the customer service is excellent. All were friendly and attentive. Kudos to Arturo’s!

My family has eaten here multiple times over the years. Great service. Has a huge menu to choose from for breakfast and lunch. My favorite is the Mexican Skillet. Shredded beef served over fried potatoes, with eggs and the best red sauce I have ever tasted. If you like spicy, ask for a side of Diablo or 911 sauce.

This place isn’t half bad. Granted, by 8:30 it’s swarming with inebriated hayseeds and the cloud of cigarette smoke outside is a near-impenetrable miasma of cancerous Camel-stank, but the barkeep really knows what she’s doing, and the karaōke(Friday and Sunday nights) is pretty good. Grab your favorite adult beverage and settle in for a fun time!
