Richard Stone and family began TKO in 2005 after many years in the fitness industry as both competitors and fans. They are the only locally-​owned, store-​based, family oriented team with the experience to utilize a practice what you preach approach. Richard insists on employing a team of professionals who works with, not for him. TKO continues to grow as a globally recognized brand and Richard holds firm to the belief of never forgetting who has helped along the way.
