Established in 2002.

In 2002, Learning Links founders Kate Woodward Young and Carrie Casey created a creative, Out of the Box training for Early Childhood Directors and business owners. In 2005, they offered the first training of it’s type online. In 2010 they expanded to a multi media program with videos and MP3’s.

Business Owner

In 1993, Kate Woodward Young started a home based childcare business. In 1995 she was asked to help the Ohio Small Business Development Center with a program they had sponsored for helping homebased day care’s treat their business like a business. She continued to support childcare centers with marketing and staff training assistance until 2002 when she started the Director Credentialing program with Carrie Casey in Austin Texas.
