History
Established in 2008.
The business began in 2008 as a small dessert company operating at farmer’s markets and special events, expanded to a food trailer in 2010, and upgraded to a brick-and-mortar location on 801 W. 38th Street in 2011 and operates a commercial kitchen.
Since we lost our sublease on 38th Street in 2013 we have been seeking a new home. We have now found it in Pflugerville surrounded by the community that has supposed us since 2008.

Business Owner
I am originally from a small town called Randolph which is south of Boston, Massachusetts. I moved to Austin in January 1999.
I have my Associates of Applied Science from Austin Community College’s Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts programs. I graduated in May 2002. I received my Bachelors of Science from the University of Houston — Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management in May 2005. In May 2008 I received my Masters in Hospitality Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
What does all this mean… To some nothing but to me, my hearts desire. I have worked for Texas French Bread in Austin, as a cake decorator and a baker at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida as a hostess, line cook and baker, and a few première catering companies in Austin and Houston. I have been baking since I was 13 years old. I prefer cake over any other food.
