Lets start with an evening visit. I stopped buy after the gym one evening to find 3 young male employees playing their Xbox. It was Jerry rigged up to the stores TV that was on the wall for customers viewing. Upon entering there was a debate among-st the employees as to who had to stop playing and who had to do their job. After the unfortunate young man lost his argument he reluctantly took my order. The Smoothie was GODAWFUL, completely watered down and did not taste nearly as good as the first time I had it. Chalked it up to inexperience and threw it away. Next I call in the morning and no answer. I have time to stop and pick my smoothie up but the employees here do not move quickly and dont dare ask them to because they will make your smoothie half ass’ed and it will taste like bland chunks of cold. So I skip the smoothie that morning and the next 6 days I never get an answer. I call 2 — 3 times all a half hour after they open. This morning I had extra time to go so I call 3 times and no answer. I walk in and I see one man enjoying his smoothie at a table. I call the number again and sure enough the phone is ringing loud enough for both of us to hear and he tells me «Yea she’s just been letting it ring». The employee comes to the front takes my order makes my order and it is almost completely frozen and tastes like garbage. Not a single one of these employee’s I have encountered want to be working here or want to help customers. They are always bothered and upset and ruin your experience and smoothie. We go here about once a week for a smoothie fix. I like anything with mango and the husband loves the peanut paradise with whey. We always add energizer shot and never wait long.
