We bought a used headset here for a gift and when I went to re-​box it and wrap it, found out it smells like WEED. Like WTF??? Why would you sell something to someone when it smells like that!!! I am disgusted.

This Gamestop is one of the coolest game stores in the area. They have always been helpful and resourceful when it comes to games. I have reserved all my games here and always received them on time or even late when I forgot to pick them up. No hassles with them. At one time I had to buy another 360 because my original one burnt out. The price of their refurbished one was a good deal.
Parking is a pain when this place shopping area is busy. Other wise this is the place to shop for video games.

For sure better than most GameStops I have been to, the staff here is very friendly and professional, I mean granted sometimes you can tell they are having a bad day but you know what we all do sometimes. I give it 4 stars because of the friendliness I have received here. The only criticism I have for this GameStop would be the amount of time the staff spends talking to customers about the latest game and holding up the line! other than that everything is hunky dory!

The men in our home are gamers so I hit Gamestop every Christmas. It’s nice because I don’t stay on top of all this stuff and they’re always happy to help. Last year I got my husband the latest 360 console and Gamestop hooked me up with the biggest hard drive and a couple of the games he wanted and threw in a special offer discount so it didn’t end up costing me any extra.

Let’s face it. Almost everyone who works her is 20 something and beyond my capacity of understanding. Fortunately, I can fake their language because I have kids ;).
Always helpful, never slow or act like you don’t know what you’re talking about even when you don’t. I have made my kids happy more than once, just talking to these guys. This is what businesses strive for.

First let me say I am not a gamer. I’m a mother of 2 sons so sometimes I have to go to Game Stop. In fact, I don’t know anything about video games at all. My review is for the excellent customer service and knowledgeable, helpful staff.
One of my sons is only 10, so we are careful to read and ask questions before we buy a game. Many times the employees have told us honestly about the games, for example, specific ways a game might be too violent for a younger child. I really appreciate that, even if it means we don’t buy the game and leave the store with a pouting child. I have also observed the employees treating my teenager as an adult and respectfully. That’s pretty cool.

I just hate that these flippin things are so expensive. My 1st son is only 6, so I can get away with some of the used cheaper games, but damnit, I know the time is going to come when Im having to fork out that $ 60 cash.
In the meantime, I like Gamestop! The older, tatted guy that works at this location was SO HELPFUL, and must spend a lot of time playing the new games, because he had great feedback on the games I picked, as well as tips for other games in the same genre I was looking for.
No pressure sales, which totally makes me a fan! Great selection of used games, and products. close to home. Score!

OK so everyone has been inside a Gamestop right? Well this one is pretty much like all the rest. Clean store lots of selection of new and used games to choose from, you know the rest.
What sets this one apart from the rest are the friendly managers and staff. They always greet you at the door «Welcome to Gamestop» and try to help you right away.

I purchased a game here for my XBOX 360. Simply put it, this is a store that is dedicated to selling video games. Their customer service excellent and they have a good idea about upcoming releases and promotions.
