Aio is the WORST phone service provider EVER. I started service with them and everything was fine until they refunded me my money for no reason. I called and got the run around even from the supervisor. Finally, after months of trying, they told me my money was fraudulent. I was livid!!! Now they won’t let me use the phone I paid for elsewhere saying I need their service for four months. Forget that! If you want a provider for phone service, go elsewhere. Aio doesn’t care about you as a customer.

These people are great great customer service they have unlimited plans along with a bunch of data and its so much cheaper than anywhere else and my service works everywhere if not better than what I had before
