They bill at 300 dollars an hour, for even simple repairs. They mark up products by over 300%. So you can find the same 150 part that you need online for 50 dollars. Watch some youtube videos, and just do it yourself, its a whole lot easier than my day job as a mechanic.

I had an appointment for today and was called three times in a row but couldn’t answer because I was in a meeting. Tyler left a voicemail saying since I didn’t answer he was taking me off the list. I called as soon as I got out of the meeting and was told that a lot of his appointments cancelled so he couldn’t make it to our house. I would think that if a lot of people cancelled he COULD make it to my appointment but instead took the rest of the day off. This company definitely lacks professionalism and if they expect to keep a customer they would uphold the appointments that are already set. I will find a company that treats their customers with the respect that they deserve.

I had a great experience with these guys, and was able to make an appt via email which was very convenient. Even after I gave them the incorrect phone number to call beforehand, they still came by. They gave me an honest assessment of the problem and was actually able to fix another issue since the first issue couldn’t be resolved. They were quick and very professional. The time slot was pretty large, but they were able to work with me and give me a 25 min call beforehand (had I given them the correct number), so that I could make it home from work in time. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks guys!

We are a property management company and these guys helped us quite a bit. They are definitely on our list of appliance stores that we purchase from. They assisted one of our tenants by fixing her refrigerator ice maker and a dispenser. They were affordable and efficient. Their customer service was friendly and very helpful.

Love these guys! Local, family owned business. Had a problem with our washing machine and they came out the next morning to see about it. They had the part on their truck and were able to fix it on the spot in about 30 minutes and at a VERY reasonable price. The technician was super nice and helpful and I will DEFINITELY be a repeat customer! HIGHLY recommend this company!

Difficult to review. I have used them several times before and I had nothing but excellent and honest service. Five stars for Tim and his team each and every time… until today.
So they don’t have Saturday hours anymore and only take appointments in my area from 9am — 2pm M-​F??? What the hell? Work be damned I guess. Perhaps this works for other people, but yeah… I can’t take off a day of work for a washing machine. I even asked for the later «window» 2−7pm and no can do. My address doesn’t fit within their routing schedule for that to occur. The worst thing about it was the young woman who answered the phone didn’t even seem to care, not even after I told her I’d used their services at least 3 times before with great success.
Now I will have to call Sears which is the LAST thing on earth I want to do. Yuck.

Service was prompt which was great, but they were unable to make any repairs as the part needed wasn’t being made anymore. Their business model charges you $ 85 ($ 92) including tax for the service call which is applied to parts and repair. Since they were unable to make the repair I kindly called them to see if the $ 85 could be applied to a future repair, which I did not think was a lot to ask. They said no, so I basically ended up paying $ 92 for a guy to tell me that a part wan’t available.

Excellent service!
Called Monday and they scheduled an appointment for the following day. They were able to give an honest assessment of our washing machine problem and then gave us a list of options from this point forward.
They especially did a great job explaining the problem to me in a way that I could understand it.
I love that this is a local, family-​owned and operated business.
We will definitely be calling them again if we have any repairs that need to be done in the future!
