All Things Bad Ass

My custom chopper was painted by Rob Churchill, owner of All Things Bad Ass. After he received my rolling chase, gas tank and finders it sat on the shelf in his garage for 18 months. Some parts of the paint looks good from a distance. But when you look up close, there is a lot of over spray and drops of black paint under the clear coat. After a year of promising to finish my helmet to match the bike. He told me «my bike sat on his shelf for 18 months because it wasn’t a priority. He has yet to complete my custom helmet. Unless he improved his professionalism and craftsmanship I would never recommend him to anyone. Veterans should never go through this!

I have recently been taking awesome airbrush classes from Rob Churchill, owner of All Things Bad Ass. You may have seen some of Rob’s work at Hardtails Bar & Grill in Georgetown or at GoGo in downtown Austin. His work also includes motorcycles, Apache Helicopters, helmets, UAV’s and Toilet Seats of the Stars (seriously). Bikes that Rob has painted have been Chopper of the Month in the Hot Bike Magazine Buyers Guide.
Rob has an excellent approach to teaching — he’s encouraging, very patient, and he makes each lesson fun. In addition to his painting expertise, he shares invaluable information on tools and techniques, and frequently shares coveted airbrush secrets with his students to help them to develop their work.
If you are looking to get into airbrushing, trust me — taking classes with Rob will help you tremendously. He currently teaches group classes at the La Frontera Hobby Lobby in Round Rock, and provides private lessons from his workshop in Pflugerville.
