My dryer repair guy recommended I get my vents clean and gave me the business card for, this business. I called the next morning and scheduled a same day visit for 4 PM. I was actually pleasantly surprised he could come so soon. So I take off from work early in order to meet this guy. At 5 PM he still hasn’t shown up so I call and leave a message. So far no callback and no show. I will amend this review if he returns the call and performs the service. Standing your customer up is not cool.
