Established in 1978.

For 30 years we have been providing services ranging from historical renovation, architectural millwork supply, and fine custom cabinetry to the Richmond/​Petersburg areas. The companies president, Richard P, has become a staple of the Petersburg small business community, and has supported sustaining small business and creating a network of opportunity among them. Seaboard prides itself in maintaining the highest quality of both design and product, complimented by a team customers highly skilled workers. We value our relationships with customers and continue to maintain those relationships well beyond the end of our projects.

Business Owner

Richard Pomplun moved to Petersburg, Virginia to pursue his passion in historical renovation and architectural design. Over the years, he has developed both a custom construction business (R. J. Pomplun Company) and a Custom Cabinetry and Millwork company (Seaboard Millwork) to maintain his pursuits. His passion has led him to maintain the highest quality standards and great attention to detail, which is not lost on his customers. Richard is known to be easy-​going, and a pleasure to work with to create great spaces for customers and contractors alike.
