I list one star only because my review wouldn’t go through without any. Horrific customer service, no logic to their billing, failure by owner to follow up as promised and didn’t even call me back for three days after I emailed to let the owner know I had concerns about a possible theft. When he did call me back he simply told if I can’t prove it via video cam there was nothing he would do. No expression of concern. The jewelry has yet to found. Of course I fired them.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY! This company was hired to clean up after some construction was done by my business. I was contacted by the irritated homeowner who said the house was not properly cleaned. Upon investigation, the house was indeed not up to par with expectations. I had them come twice again, and both times they did not do a sufficient job. I had a difficult time reaching the owner, and eventually ended up cleaning myself to satisfy the homeowner. Very unprofessional company with a frustratingly incompetent staff. Will not be using Team «Clean» again.
