I love, love, love this place. I was searching for a quick and affordable alternative to Splash (the other car wash in Santa Rosa)… in Splash they got so stingy that they not even pretend they are cleaning your car with the «cheapest» option of $ 7…Until I found Wash2go in Petaluma!!! The $ 5 wash is just perfect, good vacuums and the towel that you can replace is great! Keep the great work!

My favorite place. They have three different price levels. The $ 5.00 wash is as good as the $ 12.00 wash… The $ 12.00 wash does dry your car off completely. Also applies tons of wax that you can run your fingernails over after and tell that it has been waxed. You can purchase towels for $ 3.00 that have been treated. The next time you go in you just trade them in for a new one. The towels clean spots off of glass and then you can use them on the door jambs and even interior leather. The vacuum area is great. The vacuums work fantastically and they have lots of trash cans too. They also have a machine that beats your floor mats and makes them look like new. Every time I go there with my wife I rave about a great deal the place is. She is getting tired of hearing my spiel.

I waited several minutes before the clerk acknowledged me while caring on a private conversation. Poor customer service. I won’t come back here.

I was visiting some family friends in Petaluma so I decided to get a car wash here because the location is conveniently located right off the freeway. I wanted to purchase the one time car wash however, the sales rep got really pushy with a promotion they had available, the promotion was $ 14.99 for the first month of unlimited car washes however he mentioned that the price doubles to $ 29.98 for the reminder of the membership with the new monthly dues being automatically deducted from my credit card on file.
I only visit family in Petaluma on major holidays so although the unlimited car washes seems like a great deal for the price offered. HOWEVER this service is NOT what is in my best interest since the car wash in over 2 hours away from my current residence. I have made a couple of attempts on different occasions to call the 707−766−0481 business phone number listed on Unilocal so I can cancel the monthly membership dues that are going to be deducted from my credit card 9 days before my first month is over. UNFORTUNATELY after leaving a detailed voicemail with my information, I have not received any return calls to confirm that my membership account has been closed and the business has not verified with me that they won’t charge me for the future months.
I give this business entity ¹⁄₅ stars solely based on the fact that their office is impossible to get a hold of when I am attempting to follow their rules on closing my account in a timely manners before I get charged for a second month of membership for service that I WILL NOT BE USING. If I see a charge from this company on my account statements 9 days from today after having made numerous attempts to contact them, I will be extremely upset and I will definitely follow up with all legal actions available to me in a court of law.
ADVICE FOR BUSINESS OWNERS: CLOSE MY MEMBERSHIP NOW BEFORE ANY FURTHER CHARGES ARE APPLIED TO MY ACCOUNT SINCE I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO ESTABLISH CONTACT MULTIPLE DAYS PRIOR AND ANSWER THE PHONE THAT YOU HAVE STEP UP FOR YOUR BUSINESS.

High quality wash, though just satisfactory dry. Love the membership as it is convenient and affordable. Always a clean car as a result!

OVERVIEW: There’s a car wash across the street, go there immediately, do not even consider this one.
REVIEW: I decided to try this carwash today because, well I hadn’t tried it yet and that’s usually reason enough for me! Glad I did, because now I know never to go here again for anything — not even directions.
Here’s why! Upon entering, I sprang for the premium $ 12 wash and crossed my fingers that it won’t rain tomorrow. As I rolled up, a young man with short dark hair held up a sign and directed me into position like I was bringing in a 747. He then pointed to his red sign that I’m assuming said ‘put car neutral’, unfortunately, I was talking to my wife and missed this and put my car into park. This fellow then begins yelling at us to put the car into NEUTRAL. I panic and attempt to do so, but apparently not fast enough because he literally tries to yank open my door like a car-​jacker. I’m not kidding. But thankfully it was locked. So, I roll down the window to see what the big emergency is and HE REACHES INTO MY CAR PAST MY FACE AND GRABS THE SHIFTER, SLAMMING IT INTO NEUTRAL. He then curses at us and yells at me to take my foot off the brake. I comply and slowly roll into the car wash, completely in shock at what just happened. Now either he switched us to the cheap wash — or that was the fastest/​worst car wash I’ve ever had — because I literally had to take my car home and clean it.
Long story short, the carwash isn’t worth $ 12, not when there’s a cheaper carwash across the street that actually cleans your car. So, maybe this place deserves a 2-​star rating for getting my car wet and throwing some soap on it before spitting me out the other side in about 1 – 2 minutes (no dryer by the way). But if I could give a zero star rating for this employee, I would. Honestly, I’ve never asked for heads to roll in a review, but this carwash attendant should be fired ASAP — otherwise you’re looking at potential lawsuits or worse (he sticks his arm into someone’s car, they panic, hit the gas and drag him into the carwash). Or what if my pregnant wife had been driving and he reached in and accidentally punched her in the belly? I shudder to think how badly something like this could go. And the swearing at people is just adding insult to injury. Some people should NOT work with the public and this guy is a clear example.
Carwash was at 3pm, 1÷6÷15.

Quick car wash and the staff are very nice. They also use recycled water. I also like that this car wash has self serve vacuums and a machine to clean off your floor mats at no extra charge which I find to be a plus.

For 20.00 a month I get as many car washes as I want with access to free vacuums and a safe place to clean out my car. There are never any creepy people lurking around like most gas stations/​car washes. The only thing that would make this place better was if they opened earlier and stayed open a little later.

Quick, cheap, and easy. I paid $ 5 for a wash and use of vacuum. Just drive up, pay, place your car in neutral and the wash does the rest for you. And if you want to get your oil changed you have the option to do so in the same parking lot. The staff there were very friendly and professional. If I’m ever in the area (I’m from Oakland) I’ll definitely come back. Great service! No complaints!

This place is good. I personally prefer to wash my car myself but with the drought I come here. I like the price and the coupons we get on the back of the receipts. The only down thing I have encountered everytime I come is that the back of my car never seems to get clean.

So, I live in the country and for whatever reason that makes sense to no one, let alone me, I bought a black car. You can literally write your name in my car 48 hours after I’ve washed it. It is truly the bane of my existence.
Well, this car wash is Petaluma’s gift to me. What a bargain. Best car wash period! I have never been through a drive through car wash that cleans as well as this one. Pay for the $ 3 green towel once and then trade it in for a new one as needed. It does a great job of buffing out water spots and windows. Employees are pleasant, price is bargain basement, they have really good vacuums that actually work and they have monthly plans for as low as $ 12.99. That means you can wash your car as many times as you want in a month for $ 12.99! Crazy, huh?
The only thing that would make this place any better is if it were open a little later and moved to Penngrove. Love!!!

I was in Petaluma with some time to kill and a car covered in tree crap. I tried one car wash on Lakeville and it was totally unclear what the hell you were supposed to do once you drove in the place, and nobody approached to enlighten me as I sat there at their stupid stop sign, so I left.
Then I tried the fancy one on Petaluma Blvd, and the woman said it would be 40 minutes. Seriously? What car wash makes you sit around for 40 minutes? That is nuts. You’re a car wash, not a restaurant serving Peking Duck.
So even though I was a little skeptical, I gave the new automated place a shot, and it rocked. Five bucks. Yes, five bucks, And they have a crapload of free vacuums. If you’re afraid of the soapy tentacles that assault your ride in such a place it’s not for you, but that was just about the best five bucks I’ve spent in a while.

Petaluma’s newest place to wash your car.
Pros:
Easy to find and access. It is on Lakeville (at Caulfield) and adjacent to In-​N-​Out burgers (everyone should know that place, good burgers).
FREE vacumns, and lots of them. You can clean your car to your heart’s content.
Good machinery to get your car clean. It is all automatic. They added a «car mat scrubber» machine, and it looks awkward, but does a great job once you figure out how to use it.
Inexpensive; the basic is only $ 5.00 Hint: the upgraded super duper wash is $ 11 and to my eyes was the same as the $ 5 wash. I saw no difference in how clean the car is!
Tied in with Oil Stop (next door) in case you need that service.
Cons:
Not many, unless you want a lot of assistance like they provide at the $ 22 per wash place over on Petaluma Boulevard North. They do all the work, but IMHO the results are never perfect. I personally prefer this $ 5 buck place where I can get the job done correctly.
