We provide complete automotive maintenance and repair for all makes and models Foreign and Domestic. Maintenance services available: 30K — 60K — 90K scheduled maintenance services, tune-​ups, oil changes, timing belts. As well as tires, brakes and alignment services. If your vehicle has a problem or is due for a service give us a call.

History

Established in 1994.

Founded by David Atteberry, a Master ASE Tech, in 1994. Originally on Madison Street. Purchased by Craig Raynor in 2002 taking over the business as David’s health declined. Purchased in 2014 by Stephen Blume a Master ASE Technician working hard for you. Stephen began his career in the automotive industry locally in Pataluma in 1998.

Born and raised in Good Old Petaluma. I am an alumni of St Vincent’s Elementary and Petaluma High (PHS) Go Trojans. I also enjoyed many years in the local Boy Scouts of America at witch time I had achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. I have been working in the automotive field since 1998. I acquired my Automotive Certificate from Santa Rosa Junior College, along with an ASE Certificate in 2000. Now I am an ASE Master Certified Technician, with over 15 years of experience on all makes and models. The experience and knowledge gives me the ability to help you get and keep your vehicle running at peak performance.

Wow. I just got help with my car that was overheating. I just walked in said I was having a issue and he took a look at my car and 87 bucks later it’s patched up for now. Obviously there are still some things that need fixing but he helped me out right when I needed it! And saved me having a higher bill later. Thank you so much!!!

yay my car is fixed! I needed a lot of work done on my honda civic and had put it off till the last minute. Steve was able to get my car in quickly and finished everything in one day. Professional and helpful, he helped me figure out the best options that would last the longest. I would recommend him because his work was good and quick, his prices were competitive, and he explained everything before doing it (no surprises like some mechanics …)

The day Steve bought Accu-​line he automatically became my go to mechanic for my companies fleet of trucks. Being a small business owner I try to keep my business with other local companies and with people who I trust and respect. Steve the owner is one of those people. A few weeks ago our big truck died on a Friday afternoon and we needed it Monday morning. Steve stayed in the shop over the weekend to make sure we had it for work come Monday. These are the kind of people I want to do business with, someone who understands that without our truck our business slows. Not to mention I got 10 new tires that week too. Steve has all 3 of the PLDB trucks as his clients and I’m confident he will keep them running for years to come.

I can’t say enough about how happy I was with the service I received at Accu-​Line. I went to have them take a look at my windows and A/​C. Both were not working and it was one of the hottest days of the year. The owner Steve stopped what he was doing to take a look because he was concerned about me driving around in such a hot car. He told me that the A/​C would take longer to diagnose but that it was obvious the window switch needed to be replaced. I asked him how long the repair would take. He said he would call his local parts supplier. After making his call to his supplier, he told me the part would arrive in 5 minutes and the repair completed in less than 30 minutes. 30 minutes later I was on my way home with all four of my windows down! Talk about service. I will never go to anyone else for my automotive service needs. These guys are the best not to mention very reasonable!

Accu-​Line is probably the best automotive experience I have had. At the recommendation of a friend, I had my vintage car towed there.
Craig immediately diagnosed where the problem was, ordered the part which was then delivered within ½ hour, and set to work on the repair. He was no-​nonsense, knowledgeable, and fast. His price was absolutely fair. And, then he let me use his office to take a conference call since I was running behind on things.
I am probably the first person here to note that Craig looks like John Travolta. Now
that is really cool, plus you get your car back in excellent running condition.

I was told by the dealer that changing the fuel filters for my diesel van were a BIG job and when it came time to replace them I decided to bring it to Accu-​Line. He was very honest walking me through what it would take. His work was very thorough and efficient. So efficient he was able to finish faster than he estimated saving us an hour of labor. It’s great to have a honest and knowledgable mechanic who we can trust!

Got my Brakes, Alignment and Tires done on my Camry here, Owner definitely seems like he’s from New Jersey, I’m sure hes a really good guy but I havent seen his true humor at work. He doesn’t bullshit, he gives a product for a price. You’ll find honest work here, he’ll do it for the right price too, I mean dont expect an Oakland deal, but better than Marin. Weird hours for a Wednesday but it’s all good. Definitely Worth Supporting and having in our Community.

My hussband and I cannot say enough about Craig and his business. Talk about honest– kind– reasonable and fair. We were headed to Guerneville for a little anniversary getaway and the car started making an awful knocking sound. Very fortuitously we pulled off an exit where we came upon a Shell station. The woman there pointed to Craig’s shop adjacent to hers and said «He can diagnose anything.» Well, what could have been a very very unfortuante situation for us and perhaps costly somewhere else turned out to be loose lug nuts that were also the wrong size (we’d just had our brakes done in the city-​that mechanic will hear about this!). BUT– here is the clincher– Craig didn’t want us to miss out on our wee vacation while he diagnosed the issue and did the work so he gave us a ‘loaner’ car to be on our way and said ‘Come back in two days when your headed back. Have a good time!” What? This just doesn’t happen in small shops folks– Craig trusted us and we felt we could trust him. He then called us the next day and told us what was up– the bill was going to be reasonable and we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves, knowing too that we would be safe to drive it. This is a great one man shop. With all the rain we have had there are tons of potholes here in the Petaluma area, Petaluma already rated as having the worst streets in the Bay Area. Well, my car started acting wonky. I took into Craig to have an alignment done, which would have cost $ 99. Craig said we ought to take a test drive to see if that is really what the car needed, which we did. He determined that the alignment was not the issue. It was a wheel problem, he fixed it. We took another test drive, charged me $ 20.
Bottom line is, he could have done the alignment as I requested and made $ 99, but he spent about the same amount of time sorting out the wheel problem and only make $ 20. Craig Raynor is an honest man and deserves your patronage.
He is no longer on Madison, he’s on Lakeville next to the Shell by on-​ramp to south 101.
