Small Jobs Plumbing Inc

Well, I had used a certain plumbing company in the past, which was great, but, what was so great about the company was the plumber that would come and help me. I requested this certain plumber every time and he would fix my plumbing issue with no hiccups!
I called a week or so ago and found out that Zac (my requested plumber), went out on his own, hence: Small Jobs Plumbing, Inc! Well i tracked him down and once again he did a great job for me!
I won’t lose contact again! I highly recommend Zac @ Small Jobs Plumbing, Inc!

We had a back-​up at our home in Occidental and called a bunch of plumbers to help. Few were available to deal with (what seemed to be) a simple clean-​out (we’d had several in the two years that we’d lived there, always called another Sebastopol plumber). This time I called Zac, having no knowledge of him or his company.
Here’s what happened: while the other local plumber was happy to charge a high price for a snaking, Zac actually looked for the root of the problem. And that’s what he found: a tree near the house has broken the pipe in several spots. It ended up being a lot more than a snaking. But here’s the thing: when the other plumber had come out to snake the line a few months earlier, he’d quoted me alot of money to do the job and nickel-​and-​dimed every aspect of the job: to use the camera to check the line ALONE was $ 200. Zac just did it on the spot as part of the initial snaking job. When they dug up the line and saw the extent of the damage, my mind immediately went back to that original plumber, knowing that he would’ve been outrageous.
Zac is an incredibly nice guy. Smart. Honest. Reasonable. And I’d call him again in a minute.

Zach, the owner, has been incredibly helpful on a many jobs, from small to big. He is warm and affable. He’ll explain anything I ask and give suggestions if I request them, but he hasn’t ever pushed advice or information on me. He’s very efficient and leaves my place clean every time. It’s wonderful to have someone knowledgable, reliable and affordable to call when you need plumbing help. Highly recommended!
