Established in 1989

Leading Edge Properties, Inc. was Started in Petaluma, California by us, the Husband-​and-​Wife Owners in 1989, who had already been Real Estate investors and Property Managers for 15 years. The business has grown to 15 Real Estate Brokers and Agents in 2009. We located our main offices in the (at that time New) Petaluma Marina Office Park overlooking the Marina. Come and see us here, with the inspiring, serene, and ever-​changing views.

We have been approached by all the Franchise and Chain real estate companies, asking us to join them or sell to them over the last 20 years. We have explored it, but every time we do, we see that it serves us, our agents/​brokers, and our clients, to remain independent, and able to control all aspects of our service quality without interference. Besides we all cooperate, and support each other like a family. Who would sell their family?
