These guys are great! My wife had just cleaned the house before these guys started their work (4 days total including removal of asbestos and complete redux of our furnace and all ducts plus the addition of one duct) and when they left, you couldn’t even tell they’d been here! They were professional, very tidy, prompt, polite… and the work itself was first class! I give these guys my highest recommendation.

BKK has great service. Called to say the 25 year old air conditioner stopped working. Brian came out the next day after I got off work. No extra charge to do this. I thought we needed to get the unit replaced. Brian said it was just a part that needed replacement. He changed it and it worked. A very honest person. He could have sold us a new system but knew that replacing the part would give us a few more years. Saved us money. Highly recommend BKB.

BKB is an excellent company. When our AC went out we got estimates from four companies in the area. BKB was the only one in which the owner, Brian, spend 3 hours looking under the house and in the attic to assess our duct work and air flow. Some ducts were crimped and sagging and therefore not distributing the air evenly throughout the house. His price was the same as two of the other companies and less than one company but included improving the duct work and giving a top quality furnace and AC unit. He spent two and a half days with another worker and our new system runs better than the 20 year old system ever did.

Bkb was recommended to me by my favorite plumber Jason of Dolcini Plumbing. Brian was on-​time, and got the heating ducts re-​connected so there was heat in all of the house. Brian made some suggestions to have the ducts hooked up in a better fashion sometime in the future. He explained everything clearly, took a couple of photos of the disconnected and problem ducting. He was professional, neat and priced reasonably. Highly recommend.

BKB is the best! Always prompt, extremely professional, knowledgable, and their work is excellent. We’ve had them install extra heating vents and service our heater a few times when we had a leak and when our heating system went on the fritz. BKB always got back to us almost immediately after we called to let us know when they’d be out to take a look — usually that same day. We’ll never call anyone else for heating & AC!

Prompt, professional & honest.
We returned from vacation to find our furnace not lighting. The PGE tech was great, but unable to diagnose the problem. He made an «off the record» recommendation for BGB. We called and they fit us in the same day and it took less than ½ hour for him to diagnose and fix the problem. No hidden charges. $ 90 for the first hour plus parts. Will definitely be calling if we have any other problems.
