Christopher Greenwald started BAY LAUREL CULINARY after 5 years as the executive chef at Iron Horse Ranch and Vineyards in Sebastopol, CA.
Showcasing local and sustainable ingredients, Christopher mixes his passion for world influenced cooking with his experience in wine and food pairing. BAY LAUREL CULINARY specializes in small, intimate and upscale events, including weddings, cooking classes and a secret dining club that occasionally pops up around the greater bay area as a «speakeasy».

Christopher Greenwald has been a long time resident of Sonoma County, CA with over 20 years of cooking experience. He is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and currently lives in Petaluma where he runs Bay Laurel Culinary.
