worst bank ever… they closed my account without calling me when i used my debit visa 2x at the same gas station same day, thinking it was fraud, i bounced several important checks with thousands in my account, then they just did the same to my moms checking account of 10 years without a glitch, without contacting her, tried to resolve it, but they charged off her account, they made my 93 year old mom cry. terrible bank,

I thought that karma would get me and I took the time to go back to the bank five weeks later to point out a $ 50.00 overage I received in change; cashier said he had balanced on that day. When he went back to check the transactions of that day, he said he had been over only 20 cents. I told him to look further and he realized that he had been, in fact, short the $ 50.00. I was given a blue grocery bag as a thank you. And nobody even noticed he’d been short $ 50.

This branch reminds me of how banks used to be … you walk in and everyone greets you and sincerely asks how you’re doing. The staff are all friendly and competent. They’re not pushy and always helpful with any questions. Plus, you have to love the drive-​through window when you’re in a hurry. As far as business, our checking accounts aren’t charged monthly fees, which is greatly appreciated.

I have to say they are not what they were before. Had a terrible experience when they deposited money in a wrong account and it was clearly in the front of the check.
Then u was told it was because of me they made it. Then the manager took over a week to get a letter out.
If I could give them zero stars I would.

Have banked here for over 20 years. Recently had an issue that could have had me shutting down my account. Lena G was so helpful, honest, professional and got the issue resolved quickly.

I have been a customer at this branch for over 10 years. I have always liked the employees at the windows. Recently, two things happened that have caused me to change my mind about the bank (but not the employees). The first is that I lost my ATM card. It cost me $ 10 to replace it and I had to wait 10 days to get it. Several banks will provide a free replacement on the premises immediately for no charge. The second thing is that I made a mistake in my calculations and had an overdraft on my account. BOTW did not notify me of this until AFTER they had hit me with $ 216 in fees. Of course, there were subsequent overdrafts because I did not know about the first one, which only compounded the fees. I would have rectified the first overdraft and forestalled the subsequent ones if I had known about it. I have never had something like this happen in the years I’ve been with them. I went in to speak to one of the employees, who said she would have the manager call me. (The manager was out for the afternoon.) It has been 5 days and I still have not heard from the manager but the fees are piling up. I’m going to try to sort this out and then close my account. I do not recommend this bank for anyone who values good customer service. My next stop will be a credit union.
