Manager

Mr. Tapper has been in the construction industry since 1995 when he started remodeling and renovating residential properties. Since that time, Mr. Tapper has worked as a construction contractor, construction/​project manager, estimator, appraiser, adjuster and consultant. Mr. Tapper has worked on and/​or consulted on residential jobs up to six million and commercial jobs up to forty million. He has extensive experience in single family dwellings, apartment complexes, condominiums, multi-​family housing, commercial buildings, hotels, governmental buildings, schools and educational facilities. Mr. Tapper has experience in water extraction, flood, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, fire restoration and also has experience in damages caused by hail, wind, tornados and hurricanes. He has experience in new construction, re-​construction, remodeling, renovating and damage repairs.
