Diamond Cabinet came in and did our kitchen and they are coming back to two bathrooms. Need I say more. They are great. Use them. Very fair prices, excellent quality and we are very satisfied with the results.

Diamond Cabinet refaced the cabinets in my home kitchen as well as giving it a complete face lift, over 5 years ago. They brought our 1980’s kitchen into a new era. We love the quartz countertops the beautiful tile backsplash that Eric designed and enjoyed very much working with Eric and his staff. Carley was always on top of things and a pleasure to work with, I was so impressed with their professionalism and work that I hired them to do work on a commercial project when it came up this year.
The commercial project included removal of existing cabinets and countertops and replacing with new cabinets and design. Once again Eric and his staff proved to be very professional and worked to bring the project in on time. Our long time clients love the new kitchen/​break room as do their employees.
Yes, I would use them again and would refer them to others if the opportunity comes up.

Diamond Cabinet Refacing has done work for me in the past on another house, they did an excellent job so I decided to hire them again after we bought our current home in Carson! Rather than spending thousands $$$ on brand new cabinets, I decided to save some money and have my cabinets restained. Everything went great with the color selection, the base of the cabinets (frames) were painted first then the doors were removed and taken back to the warehouse to be completed. When Juan brought the doors back to install them I wasn’t home, by the time I arrived home they had already completed the job and had left. The cabinets looked fantastic however, the doors were a bit darker than the frames :(
So I emailed Eric and sent pictures. Eric and his team immediately jumped on things to fix the problem. Eric even drove all the way to my home to see the cabinets in person and devise a plan to correct the color difference (I did mention I live in Carson which is over 70 miles away right?). Now that’s dedication and very impressive! So in the end Juan came back out to correct the color. I’m happy and my kitchen looks brand new. I really like this company, they took care of me and made sure I was satisfied. They were always easy to reach, especially via email. Carly was very pleasant. Juan did great and easy to work with. Eric is very dedicated! I would definitely recommend them to a friend

I would highly recommend Diamond to anyone who is looking for quality and a company that will go the extra mile to be sure you are happy. We had a great experience with them and would use them again for our next project. They had many great design ideas and although the install took a little longer than expected, they worked with us until we were completely satisfied. They really have a quality product and are great to work with.

Wife and I went to the Diamond Cabinet Riverside Showroom to get a better idea of what they do beyond having a sales person come to our home. Carly, the onsite staff person, showed us their samples and their construction technique for refacing (she pulled out a cabinet front that was due to be installed). The workmanship looked excellent both with regard to method of building frames and finish details. Called her later for a quote to reface nine feet of cabinet in one bathroom and seven feet in the other. Eric Manley came out and gave us a quote that was much lower than that of the big box stores (who would not even tell us which subcontractors would do the work). We decided to go with Diamond. We had tentatively identified the finish we wanted while looking at samples at the store. Eric brought out another sample similar to the finishes we wanted which he thought we might consider and it was the one we chose. He then did the measurements. We wanted extra drawers put in the center of the nine foot long cabinets where there was a knee hole space for a chair. It was no problem for Eric. We wanted the two day installation done our last two days in town (we go to the East Coast for six months when the desert heats up) as my wife is asthmatic and very sensitive to new wood smells, paints, stains, sealants, etc. They did have to start a day later than scheduled because of needing more time finishing another job so we had a neighbor let in their workers and lock up after them the second day. I believe Julio was one of the workers. They were clean, neat, quick and professional the day we were there. We came back in late October having only seen a photo the neighbor sent us of one bathroom. The place was spic and span clean and the workmanship was outstanding. Finishing details were perfect. Drawers and cabinet doors fit and worked silky smooth. Handles installed spot on just where I had wanted them. It looked as though we had bought brand new quality grade factory built cabinets.
We had realized our mistake in putting in new granite counters, new sinks, and fixtures to replace outdated counters, sinks and fixtures after the work was finished and we saw that we should have done the cabinets as well. It was too late now which was why we were refacing. When Diamond Cabinet was done, we realized that we had won after all; the end result after the refacing was better than what we would have gotten if we had put in new cabinets before the granite counters — and for a fraction of the cost. By the way, not a speck of damage to the new granite, sinks, fixtures. And when you open the cabinets, you cannot tell they are refaced. And the drawers are completely new. Wife and I could not be happier.

Update. Notice how Mr. Manley refers to proof and documentation, that he fails to provide. I’d like to know according to whom Diamond Cabinets is a contractor of the year. I think that’s only according to Mr Manley. He is a figment of his own imagination.
We did take Diamond Cabinets and Mr Eric Manley to court. We won a judgement. When he realized he had to come up with the cash to pay us, Mr Manley filed an appeal with no real basis in fact. That appeal proved to be futile. The verdict is in, Superior Court of California, County of Riverside Case #SWS1500673 Pulley Vs Diamond. Judgement for plaintiff/​respondent Pulley and against defendant /​appellant Diamond Cabinet Refacing. This is a matter of public record. See attached a photos of the official court documents.

Horrible service!!! They never called me back. The work they do it’s absolutely awful. Had to pay another company to fix and finish their work. Do not use this cabinet company!

Diamond did a great job on our cabinet refacing. We had approximately 1000 ft.² of cabinets to reface and the job is beautiful. Yes it did take them a few extra days to complete but the craftsman they send out to do the job were amazing. Highly recommended. Carly, their customer service representative will keep you informed every day on the progress.

They took really really long, but Julio, is an outstanding craftsman and my kitchen is now my dream kitchen.
I would recommend this company but just plan that will be are slower than you think.

Eric, the owner is the Mike Holmes of cabinetry!!! Eric came out and made our dream come true with the Kitchen and bathroom remodel. I had 6 bids and Eric was the man for the job!!! It’s unfortunate to read about the other customers reviews. Based on my experience with Eric, any problems I had were listened to, addressed and bottom line resolved. Eric is part of our family! Without Eric we would have never had the opportunity to have the kitchen and bathroom that we now have. Eric thank you for what you have given our family. You truly are amazing!!!

I contacted diamond cabinet refacing to get a quote on my kitchen cabinets. They scheduled twice and cancelled each appointment at the last minute. The most recent cancellation was because it was «valentines day.» Maybe im crazy but they chose the date and i moved my schedule around to comply. If their installation process is anything like their scheduling dept I’d suggest staying away!

Since we raised our OTR microwave, 2 of our cabinet doors needed adjustment in size. A guy from Diamond Cabinet Refacing came to do measurements and 2 weeks later we had our doors installed. Fyi our cabinet material is not made anymore so it had to be salvaged in order to match the rest of the cabinets. The finished product still looked like an original and now my cabinets are complete! I’m happy with the job well done.

Where do I start?
1. I started my study bookshelf/​cabinet project with high hopes due to a positive referral. The owner, Eric was very nice, coming to the house to measure, give us an estimate (which took a very long time, that should have been my 1^st clue to further issues) then came back out for final measurements once I confirmed the project and paid the deposit.
2. I pushed the installation date out a couple of weeks so that I could take the day off to be home for the installation. The day of the installation only part of the bookshelves arrived, at 4pm. So no work was done, a completely wasted day off from work.
3. I then ask my dad to take the next day off to spend at home for the installation to actually begin. When I arrived home that night I found that the cabinets were not built to fit my safe, which Eric had measured for me since we specifically asked that the cabinets fit the safe. So we must wait another week to get that rebuilt.
4. So another day off for my dad to bring the corrected cabinets. Once installed my dad asked where the knobs for the cabinets were. The worker said that they are not in the contract and that he was going to charge me $ 70 to add 7 plastic knobs. These are knobs that I could probably buy and install myself for maybe $ 1 per piece. I told them that the knobs are in the picture that they sent when they gave me the estimate and that without them I was unable open the cabinets so they finally put them on.
5. On the last day they finally install everything; my husband pays the balance and they leave. I come home from work and after further inspection I find that there are no shelves in the cabinets and that the hinges are not soft close hinges, as written in the estimate. I asked that these be installed. Carly, the lady I had been corresponding with through email said that the hinges were easy to install and that we could work something out with the shelves. She said that Eric would be in the office in a couple of hours and would get back to me. It’s now 1 week later and still no response. I guess since they have my money they no longer feel responsible to complete the job.
It is very unfortunate that I had to go through the days of errors upon errors. There are 2 positives that I can find. One is that Carly was very nice through the process, apologizing for all of the headaches. The second is that our one worker, Jorge, was very hard working. Unfortunately for me they put one installer on my job who was later fired for messing things up. This is the 2^nd job that he messed up. After all of the inconvenience I received an email apology from Carly but not a complete job. I have several friends who were excited to see how I liked my bookshelves and cabinets since they are thinking about remodeling but unfortunately I have to tell them to stay away. In this economy there are plenty of honest companies who will take responsibility for their work and complete their jobs; this is not one of them. It’s my loss but I’ll live and learn.

We recently purchased a home in Palm Springs with solid oak kitchen cabinets that were stained a very dark color. The owner of Diamond Cabinet Refacing, Eric, gave us unlimited time discussing options including refacing or refinishing. We chose to keep the door fronts and lighten the color. The results are dramatic. The cabinets are now a light Champagne Mist color and we could not be more pleased and satisfied.

Had a horrible experience with Diamond Cabinet Refacing worth sharing. After their workers were advised to not connect the hose to our fridge (hose was actually duct taped to the back of fridge), they still went ahead and did causing alot of damage to our hardwood floors. When reported to Eric, the owner, he was extremely rude and came up with countless excuses for why it wasn’t his fault. He acknowledged his workers were told not to connect the hose, but claimed it wasn’t his companies fault they still did it. He refused to work with us on a resolution, instead claimed we’re pulling a «fast one» on him. It’s our floors that are ruined not his! Now we’re forced to take him to court for the full amount. Most unprofessional company i’ve dealt with, and Eric seems to be the source of it. Employees actually vented about him and his short fuse while they were at my house.
So bottom line, when Diamond Cabinet Refacing was all done, we ended up with refinished cabinets (which have several missed spots that we had to shade it with a stain marker), and ruined floors. Thanks Diamond Cabinet Refacing!
