We initially only focused on apple products, but as an evolving market, we have expanded to other products as well. Had them repair a galaxy s5 for a broken screen last year. They botched the job, the home button would stick, the screen never was set properly it was sticking out. Took it back to them they claimed it was all good. Called their corporate office and they had me take the phone back to the aote. It was like they did nothing for couple of hours and handed me the phone back still not fixed. I gave up on it and accepted it, but would never recommend them. I have a s6 edge that needs a screen replacement and didnt even think about coming drove to someplace that was 20min away and they did a proper job. I would avoid this place if you have a complicated phone to be repaired.

Nice guys here. They know what they are doing. Fixed a crack iPhone screen on a busy night in under an hour. Plus when I picked it up, we had a question about my husbands iPhone and they did a Quick fix at no charge. I would recommend this place to anyone who Asked.

Earlier this year I took my MacBook Pro in to get the glass replaced. I left thinking that the job had been done as it looked fine. Until… the glue they used to hold the replacement «glass» down started coming loose and I finally pulled off the «glass» which turned out to be a thin plastic screen. Wow! I know I went in for a GLASS replacement and of course paid for a GLASS replacement therefore I expected for them to use GLASS! Definitely feeling ripped off and not impressed.

Very simple and fast process. I called and explained my problem, they quoted me a price and time frame! I took my daughters iPod in to have the glass replaced. They completed the fix within 2 hours and were very clear with us that the iPod should have a case on it due to the frame being slightly bent. They were completely upfront, honest and a great price to replace the glass! One happy mom and daughter :)

Dropped my Samsung Galaxy s6 on the back. Back glass cracked really bad. Called ubreakIfix and they were friendly and quick to assist me. They had to order the glass for thr back which they said should arrive in about 3 to 5 business days. Total cost $ 50 for repair and order. Not bad. Also purchased a temper glass screen protector, which they applied within minutes. Staff was nice and helpful with all my questions. The lobby is clean and had a kid friendly set up with simple yet professional décor a welcome desk and few phone protection products, a large flat screen and comfy for your convenience of you decide to wait for your phone to be serviced. Would definitely recommend and use them again if needed.

My 16 year old daughter dropper her LG G2 while out with friends and cracked the screen. The phone was completely unusable — no texts or phone calls. The screen still turned on, but did not respond well to touch. We’ve never needed a cellphone repair so this was a new experience for us. We called UBREAKIFIX at 6:15 pm Thursday evening and were told that they had the replacement part in stock. We headed down to their location about 8 miles away and arrived at the storefront at 6:30 pm. I expected to drop the phone off and pick it up the next day since they close at 7:00 pm.
To my surprise, they assured me they would be able make the repairs that evening so we took a seat and waited. By 7:15 pm the repairs were finished and we were discussing the 90 day warranty. The phone looked and worked great with no additional damage from the installation. Not to mention, this was the last phone repair of the day and (I hate to say it, but) you can’t always count on quality work just before closing. They did an absolutely great job and the installer Kelly was even nice enough to come out and discuss the repairs with us.
This was a wonderful overall first experience! I can’t thank them enough — 5 stars!

Had a speaker replaced for an iPhone 5s… Walked in and was taken care of right away. Thought the price was reasonable that was quoted so I went ahead and had them do it. The guy taking care of it was very friendly. Gave me a time frame and got a call right at that timeframe saying the phone was ready. Speaker works great now! I will definitely be bringing my business back here if I ever need anything repaired on my smart phone.

I had the unfortunate need to bring my business to this company. My wife broke the glass on her Samsung Galaxy Note 4. A friend who owns a cell phone store recommended uBreakiFix and I also read several positive reviews on Unilocal.After comparing the reviews to other phone repair companies I brought my business here.
The check in process was painless, with everything related to the repair explained in detail. At check in, we were told up to that point they had performed approximately 15 glass replacements on Samsung galaxy note 4 phones. Because of this they said the repair could take a few hours to ensure the work was done properly which was fine with us. We dropped the phone off at 10 AM and it was ready for pick up at 2:30 PM.
The work performed on the phone was great and you cannot tell a new piece of glass was installed.
Looking back it would’ve been helpful to have phone warranty and or a glass protector on the phone. But if you don’t have either of those and you have a broken glass situation I highly recommend this company.
With all do respect I hope to never have to bring my business here again, but if the need arises uBreakiFix will be my first choice.

Cracked screen pretty bad, could see the insides and the led screen was ripped. Repair was quick, they let me know my battery was swollen and warped and gave me a new one for 50% off since I was getting a new screen. Staff was friendly! Would definitely recommend!

I dropped my daughters iPhone 5c in water, it was fried or so I thought, after being in rice for a day or 2 and then it wouldn’t power on at all, brought it to uBreakiFix on Bell and 75th with really no hope. But why not give it a shot? So the next day they called and said it’s working, it had to be cleaned twice but it’s almost as good as new (just has a small water mark on screen). It works great! Cost was $ 50, well worth it, they don’t charge if it doesn’t get fixed. Really saved me from having to replace that $ 500 uninsured phone. Note to the wise get a water proof case next time! It’s been 3 weeks since the fix and still working great. I highly recommend this place! They are lifesavers. I have been there before previously with my Samsung Galaxy 4 that I ran through the washer and dryer, that one wasn’t fixable, but no charge and my bad. Again, WATERPROOF cases…
