These people are the biggest scam do not take your vehicle to this so called company they will steal things out of your vehicle and call and make threats to you take your vehicle to a licensed mechanic who knows what hes doing i blame myself for picking this company off of Facebook and i learned my lesson i hope whoever is reasing this doesn’t make the same mistake i did he made my car worse also put me in danger if i kept driving around

do not use this company… they are backyard mechanics! They lie about what’s wrong with your car… say they fix one thing then call and say they found a whole bunch of other issues. They don’t even work out of a shop… They don’t return calls and when they do weeks later they have nothing but excuses. They say they will come look at your car and never show up… they don’t give receipts. Wasted hundreds of dollars on them… to now have to go to a real shop to get my car fixed!

I have gone to the same mechanic for as long as I can remember but I was in a hurry and my mechanic was busy. Not only did tsm get me in right away they also beat my mechanics price! Great service and a clean job.

Horrible shop. 3 weeks out from when I was returning from my deployment in Afghanistan my wife noticed we needed our brakes done on our family vehicle. When I returned home my wife took our car to tsm auto and paid to have the work done. When my wife went to pick up the car they told her she had a cracked oil pan and showed her the leak on the ground (the car wasn’t leaking any fluids before we dropped it off) she calls me because they insisted they do the work immediately. I told her to politely decline and drive the vehicle straight home and that I would look at it first. When she got home I climbed underneath and saw fresh wrench marks on my oil pan drain plug! The employee at tsm auto tried to take advantage of the situation which leads me to believe this is common practice. Customers beware, this shop tries to bring in business by saying they support military and first responders. They are liars and thieves. Typical backyard mechanics at best. Kevin is the worst.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! My fiancé and I brought our truck here to get the brakes fixed, dropped it off at 10:30 am and explained to the owner Kevin that the rear brakes were grinding and that the truck shakes when the brakes were applied so I thought that the rotors were warped as well, at 6pm when we still hadn’t heard from him we called and he said he was almost done so we could head over and pick it up, we arrived at 6:30 to find the truck still in pieces on the ground, both rear calipers removed, neither rotors were turned and he started in with the excuses, saying that obviously the rear axle has been replaced and the bolts that came out of the caliper bracket weren’t the proper ones, I told him that the rear end was the original and so were the bolts, he just got the wrong parts, it happens, parts houses make mistakes all the time, after hearing him try to tell me excuse after excuse why it wasn’t done, I asked him to please just put it back together, he couldn’t that night as he traded my original calipers in for the core charge, ok, no problem, again, shit happens. We leave and chalk it up to circumstance. Next morning I try to get in touch with him to no avail, finally getting his wife Corrie to respond on Facebook she told us he was still waiting on the parts supplier to return my original calipers, okay, no problem, it’s 10:30 am so I’ll have my fiancé drop me off and I’ll wait for it to be finished. We arrived around noon and to my surprise it was «finished» Kevin informed me that he put my calipers back on and not only bled the brake system but he had flushed the system as well. I thanked him and left, as I was pulling out of the storage facility that he runs his «shop» out of I noticed that the brakes felt different immediately so I drove it to NVP Autowerks in Mesa and found that Kevin hadn’t installed the calipers correctly and they were missing the crush washers and we’re leaking brake fluid very badly, god must have been looking out for me that day because when the guys pulled my truck into the bay the brakes went out completely. I wouldn’t let this guy work on a toy car let alone anything my fiancé or I will be driving. You have been warned DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! It gets a 1 star review because it won’t let me give them zero stars

Kevin is absolutely wonderful. He has always gone above and beyond to help me. He is sure to explain everything going on with my car in detail and makes sure that I understand. Him and his wife Corrie have been so understanding and compassionate towards me and have been willing to work with me without charging me an arm and a leg. I am incredibly appreciative of the lengths they have gone to to help me out. I am more than happy and satisfied with the service I have received from TSM Auto and I will never go anywhere else. I absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs a mechanic. You will not be disappointed. Thank you guys for everything!

What an Amazing company… Today they posted on FB they are services cops cars from surprise for FREE… What a great great company. We’ll be heading here soon to have our oil changed. Bless you guys! #copslivesmatters
