By now you should have the correct impression these guys are good. Easy to set up appt; call while enroute… When their professional van pulled up (sans stick on, peel off lettering) I knew this was going to be a good day. I used a Groupon-​a mistake they probably won’t make again. There were doggy stains they pointed out and they offered to use an enzyme at $ 25 a room to get them out but, otherwise; no upsell no hard sell (unlike the tile guys!). Did a great job, carpets smell good and look good. Just in time for Holiday guests. I usually use a guy who uses a Rotovac — leaves less water — but they gave me a couple of blue booties to wear for a about 3 hours while the carpet dried. Overall, I didn’t need to write this review because everyone should know already but, I needed my 25^th review badge…

Ordered a Groupon and scheduling the appointment was convenient and easy. I contacted the company the day before Thanksgiving and was asked to text them my info and they would get back to me right after the holiday, which they did! Robert called 45 min in advance the day of to confirm the appointment and arrived promptly. Robert was extremely professional and really appeared to love his job. He was even able to get out rawhide stains left over by my dog that I thought had destroyed my carpet. I would definitely use Sweettouch again and would request Robert. Thank you!!!

Called and scheduled an appointment and they were able to schedule us promptly. The carpets were clean meticulously and we could not be happier with the results. Great work at a very fair price. The owner stands behind his work and aims to please. If you are needing to get your carpets cleaned this is the place to call!!!

I found this company through Groupon, which can sometimes be hit or miss but decided to give them a try secondary to great reviews. I scheduled my appointment about a month out because of anticipated arrival of a new baby, well due to the rain we had to reschedule, however they were more than accomodating and came on a day and time that same week that worked for us. They called 30 minutes prior to arrival time, showed up a few minutes early. They were extremely professional, pleasant and knowledgable. My carpets look and smell incredible! I will be using this company again! Every thing from scheduling, price, and end product has been excellent! All in time for the new baby! Thanks!

I called on a Tuesday and Mike was able to schedule my carpets to be cleaned that Thursday morning. My carpets are 12 years old and I have 3 teenagers living at home. It has been a year since the carpets were cleaned, however, Juan and Brady made the carpets look new– including the VERY dirty stairs. I had hired this company before to clean carpets for my 80+ year old parents in Sun City. They were extremely nice and pleasant with my parents, as well as doing a great job on their carpets, so I decided to hire them for my own home. The guys called when they were on their way, arrived on time, charged me the very reasonable price that Mike had quoted me WITHOUT trying to upsell me with any extra protection/​other products, worked hard for a little over an hour and a half, and did a super job! You won’t be disappointed if you have Sweet Touch clean your carpets, that’s for sure!

Fantastic job. As an owner of a carpet cleaning company in Oregon, I was extremely happy of a job well done. Very professional. They cleaned three rooms of carpet, a sofa, and loveseat. All for a very reasonable price.

Sweettouch is the absolute best! I live in an apartment and we all know apartment complex’s do not put in the best quality carpet and it sure doesn’t help that I rescued a dog that had serious stomach issues for the first long while that I had him. The guys at Sweettouch seriously brought my carpet back to life on multiple occasions and I just hired them to come out again next week. They are great with communicating, always friendly to my cat who watches while them clean and they leave the house in perfect condition!!! Thank you Sweettouch!!!

I cannot tell you how amazing these guys are. Talk about honest and hard working… and I didn’t meet them! My husband was home when they were here but stated they were professional, friendly and he couldn’t have been more pleased!!! :) :)

Very, very happy with this Company. I liked the Unilocal reviews I read, so gave Sweettouch our business in our AZ winter home. Juan and Ray came this morning and cleaned the carpets in our two small bedrooms quickly. The work was excellent, the customer service outstanding. Will definitely be using them in the future. These guys are awesome. We were down to the wire on time and had to get our carpets cleaned before we turned in our apartment keys on the Saturday. I called on a Wednesday, and Mike was able to fit me in Friday (none of the other carpet guys could). He was very courteous and friendly, as were the guys who came out. The carpets should have been replaced before we moved in two years ago, and was cleaned twice on move in (different company) because the previous tenant had pets with apparently temperamental bladders, and yet the carpet still looked grungy. These guys were able to make it look twenty times better than it did back then, and this is with an additional 2 years of wear. My friend was with me, and when he saw the job they did he asked for a couple of their business cards as well. When he’d moved out of his apartment a few years ago he’d paid someone else over 300 for a carpet cleaning. This was only 120. They didn’t try to sell any add ons or extras, which I really appreciated.
Funny tidbit — when running out to my car I managed to step on dog poop that was left on the sidewalk. I didn’t notice it before I stepped into my car, getting poop on the car mat. I asked if they’d be willing to clean the mat and not only did they clean it, they had me grab the passenger side mat for them to clean as well! They’re really cool.

I used Sweettouch last fall after monsoon season. Having two large dogs, a big yard, a pool and then areas of dirt, it is safe to say that my light colored carpet sure took a beating. I called Sweettouch after purchasing a Groupon (some places normally treat you differently when using coupons) and they were extremely professional and treated me very well.
One of the most frustrating things when hiring people to come to your house is the «I’ll be there between 10am and 5pm». I was fortunate to not have this experience with Sweettouch! They gave me a time that they would be at my house, and arrived when they said they would. This is one of the most important things in my opinion.
After letting the crew into my home, they were highly professional and respectful. They didn’t try to «upsell» me like some companies do, and my carpets turned out amazing. I plan to use them again within the next week here as I’ve moved out, and I recommend them to anyone who is searching for carpet cleaners as these guys are the best!

Mike and his crew were very professional, no up selling of unnecessary products. We had ferrets and they left some residual odor, Mike was able to remove the smell by fogging the house (which only took 20 – 30 mins) Once he was done any odor was gone!
I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned or odors removed. We will be using him in our new house!

Definitely as good as it gets. Mike and Juan came out and cleaned my carpet and tile floor. Courteous, punctual, professional service. My tile floor is amazingly clean and the grout is fabulous. Went from dull brown to lovely off white! They also sealed the grout and the tile is good to go for three years. Love it! Carpets are great also.
The pricing was reasonable compared to other similar services in the area. Thanks Mike and Juan. Will always use this company.

Highly impressed with this company.
Long story short, we let a guy live in our carpeted basement with his husky that absolutely destroyed our carpet in the period of 2 months. We thought we were doing our due diligence by spot cleaning after we discovered spots (and kicking the guy out). Well we still could tell the carpets were nasty and decided we would have to pull them out. Had a slight change of heart realizing the cost to refloor 2000+ft and gave Sweettouch a call to see if we could salvage.
Michael came out initially to steamclean. He warned my husband that the treatment may not get through to those heavily saturated spots that went through to subfloor and reviewed options. My husband elected to add on pretreatment. At the time Michael noticed severe buckling in the carpet and mentioned it should be restretched– a service they offer, but didn’t pressure the sale. When I came home from work that night I was impressed with the improvement but did see what Michael meant about restretching. We called him back and set up an appt.
Michael returned to our house to restretch. Again, very quick and professional and we were happy with the service. At that time we decided to set up a 3^rd appt to have him back out to do a deep treatment through the pad and to the subfloor to really tackle the urine spots where he flooded the spots with a solution to break up the salts and then used a water claw.
Michael was out again today to finish up our 3^rd appt. He did a great job and saved our carpet. It smells great, looks new and we didn’t have to spend thousands to replace our basement carpet. We are very happy with the service and the best part is that all 3 times we ended up paying less than what we were quoted.
I am picky and I really don’t believe you will find a better service to take care of your floors. We plan on scheduling Sweettouch again to clean our tile and hardwood very soon. You will be pleased with this company.

Sweettouch did an awesome job cleaning my carpets! Signing up for an appointment was quick & easy, communication was great and I especially liked receiving a phone call 45 minutes before they arrived to let me know they were on their way. They were very prompt and arrived right at the scheduled time… no waiting around for me.
The owner, Michael, was here with an assistant to clean. Michael was very friendly… just an all-​around terrific guy! I immediately felt like I could trust him with anything!

I have now used Sweettouch twice to do my carpets. Both times with a Groupon for four rooms. I really can’t say enough good about them. The super high reviews are legit — these guys are great. Two gentlemen arrived at my home this last time — very professional and got my carpets done in about an hour. I have really cheap, nasty fifteen year old carpet that looks like the after pics of a hoarder house after it’s been cleared out. The carpet looks new now. Unbelievable.
They did have a scheduling issue this last time because of a truck that lost AC, and Michael offered to throw in a rug for the inconvenience. I told the guys and they happily cleaned a rug for me. I will never use another carpet cleaning service. This is a rare company that is honest, reliable, friendly, and provides wonderful service.
