Just finished the garage project in Willow Valley, AZ. 40X50 with three large doors. I am a «weekender» and retired. The project was finished from inception to completion without me lifting a finger. With all projects of this magnitude there are always SNAFUs. The strength of a company is how they handle the problems. Southwest’s team handled my very small punch list very quickly and with exceptional professionalism. My close neighbor built a 50X60 garage, sub-​contracting himself; his turned out very nice, but he and his wife were constantly discovering they had to have other professionals come in to complete their project. Much less stress the Southwest way.
