This place sucks canal water. I could write a big long review about how bad they are but suffice it to say that that failed to return calls and basically ignored my attempts to buy a UTV. I went to Western Honda in Scottsdale which is 5 out of 5.

Not surprised on these other reviews seeing this was one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever encountered. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone or call back, had bring back our razr 3 times which had left us stranded be asie of their incompetence. Spoke to manager bj and he was no help at all almost to the point that he didn’t care at all when we have spent thousands upon thousands at this store will never go there ever again

Came to rapenow when I was in a pinch with my RZR. All I needed was the hub checked out and a few studs replaced and it took them almost a week. I had a trip planned and I decided to take it here as I didn’t think I had time to order the parts myself in time. Low and behold these numb nuts didn’t have the studs in either. Seriously what service shop doesn’t have simple studs?
The guy I was working with wouldn’t return my calls. When I did get ahold of him he told me they were on a truck that would arrive tomorrow. I call him 3 days later as he never called back when he said he would and he says he would check the truck arriving today. I said what happened when you said 3 days ago they were arriving? He acted like I was speaking arabic and I’m pretty sure he put the phone down, rolled over, and played dead as the phone just went silent.
Then he gets off the floor and picks up the phone and goes into a spill that they really have no idea when the trucks are coming and whats on them. Then why the fuq would you tell me that they were on it and arriving?
Long story short I was late for my trip. I paid way too much. And I will never be back no matter what the situation. Lesson learned.
While waiting for over an hour in their service room while already being late for my trip I read the service prices on the board. A few hundo for fluid changes? GTFOH…

What everyone is saying about RideNow Peoria, is true. Dont waste your time, or money and go elsewhere. I started coming out to Peoria because my buddy (who was a service adviser for RideNow Chandler) transferred out there.
I had my service done twice at Peoria, and I didnt have any issues (probably for Michael R.) The sales guys, were rude, cashier girls were too busy on their phones and the managers, oh, dont get me started on them.
I found out that my friend Michael R. is leaving RideNow Peoria, after two months. I should have taken this as a sign, but no, I decide to go back to Peoria for another service. I go in for a simple oil change, and when I come to pick up my yamaha raider, I find several problems along with my fork seals leaking.
My seals were fine before I brought my bike to you, and now I have leaks, along with other problems. RideNow Peoria is not getting anymore of my money. I will find another shop.

Let me start off by saying that if I could give this place a ZERO rating I would unfortunately I must settle with a 1 and that is being generous. I brought my bike in for service and made the mistake of saying, in passing, that my wife is talking me into selling it. Next thing I know the manager, who did not even have the curiosity of introducing himself, begins to tell me all the horror stories about this type of bike. This long unwanted conversation ended with the manager giving me a less then reasonable offer on a bike that is in great shape but had been sitting for a while due to my injury, mind you this offer was instant and no real investigation was performed on the bike. I informed this manager that I would rather keep the bike or give it to my kids for that price. Nevertheless, I continued with the repairs of the bike on 1÷22÷16 after some time of not hearing back from the shop I decided to make a call out to get a status on the repairs and what this might cost. I called on 1÷28÷16 and was told by the service advisor that the technician assigned to work on my bike was off this day but sometimes comes in on his days off to complete repairs or start repairs on bikes. The service advisor provided me an estimate of the «repairs» that needed to be made on the bike, which I later learned was overpriced, and mentioned that this should be completed in a couple of days. I called to the shop again on Monday 2÷1÷16 and was told by a different advisor that a new part was needed for the bike and this would take additional five to seven days to come in. At this point, I had enough of this back and forth with nothing being done to my bike and requested that if it was in pieces, it wasn’t I doubt they even touched it during this time, to put it back together because I am five minutes away. When I arrived my bike was not ready and I was told that the manager wanted to speak to me. I said No, I just want my bike back and somehow ended up paying seventy six dollars for four spark plugs and half hour «diagnostic test». When I got home I found the new spark plugs in my LUGGAGE BAG! THEY DID NOT EVEN INSTALL THEM
I went down the road to another shop and was informed that I was quoted work that did not even need to be completed on my bike. The other shop completed the work on the same day and for half the price!
If you have the option please never go to this location for anything related to repairs on your bikes and take your hard earned money to another shop.

It’s worth looking at jet ski unlimited. They sell terryx and others similar and also jet ski’s. We will not do business with RN. We went to Prescott for a dirt bike to avoid going here.

Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere. Unless you can afford to walk in, pay cash, and walk out, go ANYWHERE else and you will have a much better experience.

I found an ad on Craigslist for a 2014 used rzr 1000. I went directly to their website to see if it was still available. It was on their website available and I chatted with someone but she could not confirm whether or not it was still in their inventory, not to helpful. I gave them my contact info nd received an email the next morning stated the vehicle was still available. When I called Ivan, the person who sent the email, two hours after i received the email, he said the vehicle sold the day before. He did tell me that the vehicle was still there but it had a sold sticker on it. I asked if I could come check it out since it was still there, he told me that he would check into and return my call. When Ivan called back he explained to me that the people just pick it up, with in 15 minuted of my previous call. I am real suspicious if they even had this 2014 rzr 1000. This is the third time something like this has happen to me at this same dealership. See attaché pictures.

Never again. NEVER. My husband utilizes the parts department because he’s a motorcycle mechanic and works from our garage. Each time he has had to order parts, they screw the order up. I’m not talking one or two times, but MULTIPLES TIMES. No one here has a clue as to what they’re doing. I’ve had to make several repeat trips here and I’m done dealing with the incompetence.
Based on other reviews and the lack of actual input from the manager, I would say that they are perfectly happy providing subpar customer service in EVERY department than make an attempt to rectify issues for their customers.

Inquired about a GSX-​S750, listed on their web site for $ 5750. Wow, sounded like a good deal. But, they are 50 miles away from where I live, so I’d like to get some numbers before making the trek out.
Me: Can I get an itemized, out the door cost?
Wait… wait… Days later.
Me: Itemized out the door cost, please?
Wait. wait…
Finally, response: $ 9,360.66. (no itemization)
Me: Your web site shows sticker price at $ 5750, how are you getting $ 9360.66? I sent a screen shot of the price.

I bought a bike elsewhere. This is a bait and switch dealer, avoid.

Ordered and pre-​paid for a couple of carb gaskets for my street bike on Oct. 3; told by parts guy it would take 1 – 2 business days for the parts to arrive. On Oct. 14, I still had no parts and no communication from them. When I called to cancel the order (I found the gaskets I needed elsewhere), I was informed that my parts arrived the day before. Why no one called, I’m not sure. Regardless, having to wait 1 ½ weeks for a couple of gaskets is unreasonable, in my opinion. The fact that there was no communication to explain the delay, no phone call from them when the parts finally arrived and no apologies from their parts department staff for any of this is disappointing. Giving two stars instead of one only because they agreed to fully refund my money without hassle.

I am glad to see that other people are unhappy with this shop. Its a real pain to find it from the street. You can see it great from the highway. But there are no signs on the street directing to the shop. It took a bunch of aimless driving to find them.
When I get there I had a kind and courteous salesman come up to me. He was great to me then we started the process on the bike.
So of course my credit wasn’t the best but I currently own a Harley for four years and never missed a payment.
The salesman had called me the next day to speak with me about the approval. He had asked me to get a title loan, to bring some of my stuff or another vehicle as collateral or to borrow a few grand.
So I didn’t go for the deal, so a few days later a woman from their Tempe office called me to verify why I didn’t end up making the purchase.
So she talked me to go back into the store to speak with a sales manager as an appointment. I ended up going and the guy they had set the appointment to try to make a deal had NO CLUE that I was supposed to be there to meet with him.
So the next day the same woman called to verify about what happened. To add salt to the wound they at this other office have no clue what happened, but to go in and stick their nose in some one else’s business.
I don’t think I’ll go back again.

I’ve tried a couple of ways to negotiate with Peoria on a Razor. They have a reasonable list price on it, but they want to add another $ 1500 on top of the sale price. So far, Nick has been unwilling to really talk about price. I’ve tried through the Chandler store to buy the unit, I’ve called Peoria and talked to Dave Per and Nick directly, I’ve even submitted offers via eBay. No haggling at all. I suppose that if you walk in and blindly pay full price, you might have a decent enough experience, but I try and be smarter with my money than that.
As for the eBay experience, the listing only has the option to «Make an Offer», no option for «Buy It Now» etc. So I’ve made two offers. Both were declined without responses. No explanation, no counter offer (which is how this type of buying has worked for eons), just «declined». So this makes me feel that the eBay listings are just a marketing strategy, to fish for customers and get their contact info, without actually selling through eBay. They must want to avoid the fees associated with selling through eBay. (This is just how it appears to me, I don;t know this as a fact.)
Nevertheless, it seems shady to me, and leaves me with a dirty feeling.
BTW, they want to add a fee (I think it was $ 800, I could be wrong.) for inspecting the unit to verify that it is a quality unit, and claim that this is valuable to the buyer for security, but then for that fee, they only provide a 30 day warranty. Really? $ 800 for one month of coverage? You can keep that sh! t, and I’ll keep the $ 800 in my savings account earning money, for a rainy day.

Wow, these folks provided the worst service. I needed my quad tires serviced, they said it will cost $ 15 per wheel when I called them on the phone. When I get to their Peoria location off Thinderbird, the cost went up an additional $ 52. I was already there and decided I needed the service. They said it would take hour and 20 minutes. 3 ½ hours later I get a call saying the work was done. I get there and wait 20 minutes before anyone would even ask me if I needed help. I wait another 20 minutes trying to pay the 1 «cashier», while she was on the phone, and would not even acknowledge I was there. Worst service ever, and over charged. I will never be back to this company ever.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
If you are looking to get taken advantage of and waste your time and money… this is your place.
Besides the sales floor, the customer service is atrocious. Nobody comes to help with anything (for merchandise and service department) and generally speaking, they know very little about ANYTHING.
The service department is the worst service department I’ve ever dealt with in any type of motor vehicle. They are bad at what they do and are there to steal from you… And that’s after you wait an hour to speak with any idiot who is busy talking with their friends at work.
A few months ago I had a small problem with my bike and they told me the bike was totaled. The guy at the counter offered me 1000 bucks as a «pitty» buy even though they aren’t «allowed to make offers in the shop». Well 100 dollars later with another mechanic and my bike is in perfect shape and is maintaining its much more significant value than $ 1000…and working perfectly. What a pathetic place.
Oh. And when you go to pay… it’s really nice to get attitude from the 18 year old who is upset you’re taking her away from Facebook on her phone. Unreal.

Not at all impressed with their «service dept». Joel set up pick up/​delivery and repairs. Bike came back same condition as it was sent in. I’m out 190 bucks for the «service». The delivery driver thought I declined repairs. He has since been fired so it’s turned into a he said she said situation. I have no witnesses.
It was to get carb cleaned and old fuel flushed out before I sold it. It had the same bad fuel in it still wouldn’t start when the new buyers came into town Saturday night 5:30. I called but they couldn’t do anything but take a message (which if course no body called back)
So I was forced to sell my bike 500 $ less… How does one sell a bike that won’t start?
Called in that Monday spoke to G he said he would call me back. Still has not.
Called in the next Monday left a voicemail for the head manager (?) he has yet to call back.
I’m not looking for full monies in return that I’m out because of them. Just the money I paid for a service they never did.
Note… Even had the nerve to tell me they were test driving it around the lot… Funny the odometer hasn’t changed.
Save yourself from these thieves

Nick V with Internet sales absolutely will not negotiate at all with you. The price is the price with him and he will not budge one cent. They have a 2013 victory cross country tour I was interested in mind you it is two years old brand-​new and still sitting on the floor he is still trying to sell it to me at MSRP of 21k. Kelly bluebook on this bike shows it at $ 16,100. Understanding K BB is assuming the bike is somewhat used I was willing to negotiate to $ 18,500 Plus my trade-​in. Nick just stop responding to my calls and emails once I broke it down for him and pointed out the victory factory rebates he was not giving me. They don’t like being played at their own game

I’m still having problems with this company. Management is a joke. If you buy from these guys you will suffer the consequences. The Honda I purchased started having problems so I called to find out who the warranty was with. I never received anything in the mail after my purchase. I have left these guy six messages to try and find out who my warranty company is but have not received one returned phone call. It’s money out of my pocket. Biggest rip off motorcycle company there is. The bottom line is, once you are out the door, you are literally out the door.

This place is HUGE.
I couldn’t believe how big it was.
It’s like an Motorcycle/​Off Road Cost Co! I had really high expectations when I saw how large it was.
My husband ordered a few parts from here for hew new Yamaha. Since he works long hours, I went to pick up his parts when they were in. I literally stood in front of the parts counter for 15 minutes while all 3 associates were on a single computer. (Don’t know for sure, but something tells me what they were looking at had NOTHING to do with motorcycles)
Once I finally flagged someones attention, the computer wasn’t working, and I had to wait until another computer opened up.
Long story short, it took me over 40 minutes to pick up boxes.
To add insult to injury, the parts were wrong, and we had to start the process over.
The extra star is for the return policy which was easy to return, but picking up was a pain the second time around too.
Find a little, local shop — they have access to the same catalogs, and will not ignore you when you come to pick it up.
Oh, and the entrance is the biggest driving pain I have ever experienced. You can see the building from the Freeway access road, but have to take all these side streets to get it. SUPER Confusing.
