Finally received assessment/​bill after it was sent to a place where i temporarily stayed before moving to Phoenix. No one could explain why they did not send it to the home i bought. The claim was that it was an address the title company had. The title company did indeed send the notary to that address to get papers signed. They also knew that I was about to embark on a cruise to South America. Guess I should have checked with the cruise line for mail also. Leanne in the office was pleasant and helpful but has no authority to remove the $ 30 late charge that continues.

Still a horrible management company great to report that I was contacted by a potential customer seeking insight into PDS and I was hopefully able to inform this potential customer to take their business elsewhere hopefully others utilize social media before signing lengthy contracts. PDS only needs to step up and do their job in Moon Valley Meadows and I will be the first to give better recommendations if they are deserved. unfortunately not this time…

As a broker of a property management company we have (unfortunately) had to deal with this horrendous hoa management company. Quick to send violations and quick to demand money but when something is brought to their attention that needs THEIR attention, it is either ignored or you are given a nasty rude response. Our company deals with dozens of different hoa management companies and we try our very best to keep all our properties in compliance. This company is the worst.

I am an original owner in my neighborhood. I am a 100% permanent and total disabled veteran with spinal issues. I’ve received notices for trash cans, my front yard had a few weeds so I had to hire a gardener, my window blinds were bent so I took them down. I put up swag curtains and now I am being written up for them being «unsightly». These are my front windows. Now, you go around the neighborhood and you see all types of messes. Most of the houses are rented out now and the original owners are gone. There is a gang of kids who harass animals or pets, so mine are inside. My family has concerns for my safety especially after they sent in about 20 policemen to attempt to a fugitive out of a rental house. I’m worried about safety and they don’t like my windows! Don’t know how to handle this one.

I wanted to paint my house. The discussion went pretty much like this:
Me: I want to paint my house these colors that I see on other houses in my neighborhood.
HOA: We changed the color palette. Those great colors are no longer available. These colors are.
ME :Those colors are hideous.
HOA: Those are the colors you may choose from.
ME: Fine. I will use these hideous colors.
HOA: Declined. You combined them in the wrong way.
ME: How was I suppose to know that?
HOA: You request the color combination until you get it right.
ME: Why don’t you tell me the right combination to start with?
HOA: We’d never get to deny stuff.

This Property Management Company the staff was not friendly and were always confrontational.

Going into Mid November, I am happy to report these people have done their job more than adequately. If they say something will get done, it has been done in a reasonable time. My communication with them has proved to be satisfactory when necessary. Not an easy job to do so I’m giving them one more star on this basis.

Horrible service. Horrible people. The only thing that they are good at is stealing your money.

Avoid — They don’t respond to mail asking about problems. And repeat complaints get zero action, very poor. But for money they’re quick to ask. I would give them zero stars.

The so called world class property management company «Planned Development Services» is back to their «low class» service. Again, we have had 2 large beautiful trees die because of the lack of water. Here is an email I wrote to their world class employee who sits behind a desk and filters complaints, takes our money but does nothing about the problems we have here.

What I find most interesting is when there is something broken like a water system… why don’t we move to alternative methods like a «water hose» instead of just letting the beautiful, large gorgeous trees die? If someone would have knocked on my door or emailed me saying, «Richard, the tree across the street from your house is not receiving water because the irrigation system is broken right now and we have no money to fix it, would you be willing to water the tree with your hose once a week until we get it fixed?» Hummmm… MIracles would be in-​store for Northglen. What I find most interesting about «PDS» methods is you claim to be a world class property management company, however, I wonder if you have ever experienced world class service? World class service covers «every little detail»…Humm…you might want to reclaim your mission statement and I would be more than happy to re-​write it for you based on my experience.
I will be contacting someone higher than yourself and HIgher than Maria to discuss these issues. Because it seems to me you only email and do nothing proactive about the things «Like dying dead trees» which is absolutely annoying.
If you are considering using Planned Development Services run, run, run… before you know it your community will look like a bomb hit it.
