I would give more stars BUT my pedi was beyond the worst pedi I’ve ever had in my many years of getting my nails and toes done …
The worst and the fastest pedi ever!!! No leg massage no warm towel. She was done in 10min such a shitty place never again.
But I did get a fill in my nails and the lady who did them she did such a great job.
But I will only come here for my fills and not a pedi I’ll

Set an appointment with Kim, which I thought was the same gal that did my nails last time! I had a great experience before so of course I would continue to go back. Usually when I go to a different salon, they assume I would like a certain way and will do their way, and the end result usually leaves me dissatisfied. With my first set of acrylics at Lish, I asked her if she can do it the way I liked and what I wanted and she delivered with beautiful nails and even included, a fun conversation. I got an express pedi and with the 2 services, both completed, was under an hour! Quick service when I was on a time crunch with great results! Now I am back for my fill and another pedi! Since I forgot the first gals name, i was reminded by Kim that her name was Nancy! Thank you Nancy for having one satisfied client and great at building client/​customer rapport. With this second time here for my nails (fill) with Kim; she is very precise and takes her time to make sure every nail is perfect. I like how she’s focused and concentrates on each nail. I think she got both hang nails and ugly cuticle crud out! Too be honest, it was a little early in the morning for me to get my nails done, having that I work a late shift and sleep even later, I wasn’t in the mood to talk, and she didn’t push the conversations, rather instead she put it all towards my nails! Thank you Kim! I def would recommend both ladies to any ladies out there wanting to get their nails done. Customer service here is excellent. When you first walk in, you are greeted by hellos, good morning, and bright early smiles from everyone and after signing in, asking if you want a bottle of water. And customer service doesn’t stop there. While having your services, they ask if you need anything and making sure you’re ok. This is one happy client! Thanks again Lish

Friendly, clean atmosphere and love that I could book online! Brought my mom here during a weekday right when they open, and they actually took us early! Reasonable prices, great service. Would definitely return.

I have come here once before to get a pedi because it was near to where my friend was shopping. Wasn’t bad, hurt a little but no complaints. I went there yesterday to get my acrylics off (one had popped off the night before and I was over them) again they were close to where my friend was shopping. This was my first time having acrylics so I wasn’t sure the proper procedure on getting them off but I was told by multiple people at ulta that this was not the right way. She chipped the side of my nails to slide one of those fake nails under and essentially rip off every single nail in a jerking motion, then filed down the tips and sent me on my way. Something I could have done at home was $ 10. I was told that normally they are supposed to be soaked off? This was very painful and my nails bed is all ripped up. I know acrylics and the healthiest for your nails in the slightest but I had to ice my fingers after because they were burning. I have tattoos and a high pain tolerance but this really hurt. If I would have known that wasn’t the proper way prior I would have said something but I didn’t know. It hurt when that one popped off hence why I wanted to go to a salon to take care of them… very wrong. Needless to say I won’t be coming here again. The owner seems nice and it’s a decent business but there is no reason I need to ice my nails from pain after seeing a salon. Also from now on if I ever get acrylics again I will make sure soak off is the only option.

Nancy is awesome… I am very picky on where I get my nails done. Being new to town I was giving this place a «try». Book online and so happens I was paired up with Nancy. She did a full set, making sure I liked them at every new step she was doing. I am on week 3 with no lifting. If you are as picky as me with who does your nails, GIVE NANCY A TRY!!!

I have been going to Lish for awhile now. Before I started going I checked them out on Unilocal.I read some reviews where people had complained about the technicians chatting amongst themselves in their primary language and it made them uncomfortable and I related to that. Then I also read a response from the manager stating that it was their policy to not do this And that it would be corrected. I liked that. I switch from my old salon and started going there and I found a couple technicians Han and Kevin who are wicked awesome, however after going there for a while I realized that I was being charged for getting a top coat on top of my acrylics. To my knowledge, a top coat is needed on acrylics. Why wouldn’t they just incorporate that in the total cost so people would know up front what they are spending. Then it really dawned on me that I was seriously being nickel and dimed when I was charged $ 8 for poka dots on my toes. Really? It doesn’t take an artist to put some polka dots on toenail. $ 8 for that is ridiculous. Then of course there is always the talking amongst themselves in their native language and many times while they’re doing it, they are looking at you and of course it’s uncomfortable. I do like that I can schedule my appointment their website, however, one day, I got ready to head to my appt and my car battery died. I called to let them know I would be a little late. Levi wasn’t there (I actually haven’t seen him in awhile, which is a shame), the young lady working said that would be Ok. I was 4 min late and she proceeded to schedule me with 2 different techs. While I got my fill and pedi, I sat there watching my favorite techs work with walk ins. And of course after I left I had to turn around and go back due to my nails not being completed correctly. Needless to say, I will not be back. There are plenty of quality nail salons out there that I would rather give my loyalty and money too.

I don’t get my nails done often but I do love a pedi when I can afford it. The guy that’s usually in front is very nice and I love that is salon has the massage chairs. I have gone here quite a few times and will likely be back. The only not great experience I had was with the male technician, I don’t know his name. He seemed like he really didn’t want to be there. I had gotten pointy acrylics for the first time and every nail looked like it was leaning a little to the left because he filed too much on the right side. He also did my pedi that day and when he was doing the sugar scrub he kept massaging the same spot over and over again while staring off into space and not paying attention, so that the spot on my shin that he kept going over hurt from too much scrubbing. In the future I will just make sure to request one of the female techs so I can avoid that guy.

If i could give them negative or no stars, i would DEFINITELY do that. I went into their salon yesterday for a Mother’s Day treat from my husband. However, the whole situation went south. Upon being told how much my service would cost, i happily sat in the comfy chairs and placed my feet into the water. The lady started to work on my toes and noticed that i had gels on. She then told me that she would charge me 5 dollars per foot to remove the gel polish. Then the price started accumulating. I tried talking to my nail technician but she didnt understand me. So she brought by another lady. I’m not sure if it’s a language barrier issue, or a complete lack of customer service. By now, all the techs were watching me (as well as the other customers), and so i had to take my feet back out of the water and leave. The lady was soo rude and wouldn’t let me try to talk with her. She kept interrupting me and i tried to explain myself. What a bad Mother’s day nightmare. I will never go back.
The salon was clean and it looked nice, however, the service was unprofessional. I’ll stick to my normal nail salon which is a good 25 minute drive away.

I’ve found my new nail heaven! I chose this salon based on reviews as I don’t live in the area. The receptionist was friendly and gave me good directions. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the owner and the receptionist, offered a bottle of water and taken to my nail technician immediately. The shop is super clean and attractively decorated. Nancy is a goddess! I was having Pink and White, or French style nails, and she gave me more options than I’d ever been given and did a wonderful job. She is gentle, amazingly fast, and does a fantastic job. My nails have never looked so nice. Despite my gushing, I’m actually very hard to impress. This place just is that good. I’m here to stay.
The shop itself is conveniently located and nestled between an ice cream shop and a Hawaiian barbecue place, so the next time you need to pamper yourself, head to LISH!

Very impressed with their service, their color options, clean modern yet comfortable salon design, and excellent hygiene/​cleanliness. They had an array of cute nail art designs to choose from as well. Mike did my mani/​pedi; he was absolutely meticulous, gentle, and attentive. They had 3 very happy satisfied customers.

Went in today after scheduling with Kaylee. Showed up and they said «Oh she’s busy, you’ll have to see someone else.» Another lady did my nails and they are so strange. They’re pointing upward (didn’t even know that was possible) and catching on everything. I really had high hopes and I’m very disappointed.

I love Lish Nail Salon! Everyone is welcoming and nice. Levi, the owner, is always there, offers you a water bottle and checks in throughout your appointment to make sure you are satisfied and comfortable.
I’ve been getting acrylic nails and gel designs for about a year now. Cindy and Kaylee are awesome. They do great designs, perfect shape, and have never hurt my fingers or nails. I get my eyebrows waxed here too. They do a great job on those as well!
Highly recommend. I won’t go anywhere else to get my nails or brows done!

I had Ann for a Brazilian. She was thorough! But it was also one of the most painless waxes of my life. She’s been doing this for 10 years and boy does it show! She really knows what she is doing.
The facilities are clean and well kept. I will definitely be back.

Love this place! Every time I go in with an idea or a Pinterest picture they do their best to match it or exceed my expectations of what I want them to look like! I always get compliments about my nails! I would suggests this place to anyone and everyone!

I love this place! Definitely forgot to get the name of tech that I had but he was great! Very detail oriented like myself and took his time with everything. I usually have so many complaints about how rough people are but this gentleman was definitely the best! I will have to point him out next time to request his service!

So happy I found this spot. I was in town visiting and I wanted to get my toes done. THANK YOU Unilocal!Yup, I just searched for one on Unilocal and read some reviews. This place had some pretty good reviews and best yet it allows you to make an appointment right from the Unilocal site.
I made an appointment and I guess they were running a bit behind. I unfortunately didnt check my vms so I didn’t get the message but they got me in pretty fast, they still got me started before my actual appointment time! Score!
The man (manager I think) up front was so friendly and welcoming. We chatted for a minute while i picked my color then he lead me back to my chair.
I got an amazing pedicure and felt so relaxed after all was said and done. I kinda like the fact that use timers for the massages. Especially if you sell the pedicure package specifying a certain amount of «massage» time, it’s a good way to ensure clients don’t feel jipped if not alotted the entire time. I also like the fact they use anew liner and set of tools for each client. Makes me worry less about how sanitary the shop and tools are when they work on me.
When I’m back in town and looking for a nail shop this will be my stop!

Cindy did it again! I am loving my new nails for the fall season! This place is awesome and I always look forward to my next visit back!

I drove to this salon 45 minutes because I read all the great reviews. There’s not many good salons in my area, so was excited to try this one. I made an appointment and got there 10min earlier and signed in. The manager helped me find my color out. Everyone was nice and smiling. It’s definitely a nice salon, very clean and elegant no doubt about that.
I got called in right away and was greeted by a nice lady, I don’t remember her name. Starts with a Q. She was in a HURRY, and I don’t know why, maybe the faster she works the more money she will make? She wrapped my fingers in the acetone and the acetone even splashed on my arm because of how rushed she was. It got worse, my nails and I’m sure anyone’s nails would be thin and soft after getting gel nail polish off. She took the instrument and started scraping the gel polish off, she was so incredible rough that I thought she is going to take my whole nail off. I mean my nails are so delicate and thin after wearing gel polish for two weeks on them, your nail doesn’t breath through nail polish! I start wincing a little bit, but thought its ok its bearable, maybe the next nail won’t be that bad, well it got a little bit better, but still why the rush?
She started to file my nails with a white rough filer and she was filing so fast that she tore through my skin on 2 fingers. This isn’t a cuticle cut, it’s literally sliced. She was filing so fast in one area that the tension, pressure, and speed cut through my flipping skin! Blood started to come out and she started to panic and apologizing profusely. My Saturday was officially ruined because she wanted to quickly get done with me and she didn’t care about the quality of her work. I wanted to leave right then and there, but I did not just drive 45 min to leave with cut up nails.
She kept apologizing and apologizing and I kept saying it’s ok with tears in my eyes. Kept biting my tongue, so no one would see me tear up… She said sorry about 8−9times. I get it trust me… It happens, but being on a rush is unacceptable. If you don’t have time don’t do it then.
She ended up filing my nails way too short, been trying to outgrow them and she cut them way to short after I told her I wanted to keep them long. Since she was all freaked out about cutting me she didn’t do a very good job. The nail polish doesn’t go to my cuticle all the way, my nails are not filled very well because there are some rough spots on my tips that need to be buffed; the nails are very sharp to the touch.
I came to pay and I didn’t say anything because I felt bad and didn’t want to start freaking out in front of the whole salon. I wasn’t smiling and I wasn’t even asked how my service was. If I was asked I would have mentioned my experience. I still tipped the girl because she kept saying sorry and I felt bad, but when I sat in my car I started balling my eyes out. Not because I was in pain, but because I drove out here for nothing and wasted my time and now my finger will take more than a week to heel. Can’t swim because I have an open wound, so my entire weekend is ruined. Should have listened to my mom and not have drove all the way there just for a $ 28 service.
I ended up calling the salon after I calmed down, asked to speak to the manager and told her how upset I was and she issues me a full refund. Although that was nice of them to do, it still doesn’t fix my cut finger or the sloppy polish job. So disappointed I will never be back. This was my first time here and last.
**** I lied I came back and saw KAYLEE (12÷23÷15) and happy I did because she did an amazing job and guess what no cuts! She was fast and gentle. I’ll be back, but now I’ll only go to her. Too scared to go to anyone else. Please speak up guys when someone is going too fast. I made a mistake not speaking up right away, I get shy sometimes. You guys are still kinda far from my house, but I will do my best to stop by after work to get my nails done :) Thank you Kaylee I appreciate your work.

Hey! They’re great! It was my first visit today. As I walked in, I immediately got greeted by Levi. He asked how my day is going and offered mea bottle of water. He’s so nice! He had me choose a color and sit down as they prepared the water.
My nail technician came for me like 3 minutes later. She did a thorough job on cleaning my feet and hands up. She partook in conversation and we laughed together. There wasn’t much of the conversation in a foreign language with coworkers unless she had a question which is so good because that makes guests feel like they are the only ones in the building!
Thanks Lish for making me feel so good and look so fab!
