Business Owner

Josh is a native of Sonoma County and a current resident of Penngrove, Ca. A University of California Davis alumni, originally studied landscape architecture and furthered his academic achievements by obtaining a teaching credential from Sonoma State University, and a Masters of Science degree in Kinesiology at California State University Sacramento. As a former middle school teacher and adjunct college professor, Poteracke primarily operated in the construction field during his summer vacations. He began working for himself in the summer of 1997 and after years of teaching and budget cuts he founded Poteracke Landscape Design & Build in 2011 after completing his C27 license to finally become a licensed landscape contractor. Over the years Poteracke has fine tuned his skills to become an elite carpenter, designer, and installer.
