I trust Jeff and his team to care for my 7.3 diesel excursion. 255,000 miles and running great! The twin oaks team knows diesels inside and out and have helped me with a few upgrades for brakes and other systems that have performed better than advertised. Honest and efficient. The only downside is that their schedule is usually packed.

We just discovered this mechanics shop in Petaluma .My chip truck differential was making grinding noise. they pulled it sent parts out to be rebuilt and reassembled it. It runs better now than it ever did. We are really happy !!!

The RAM truck Air Conditioning was blowing real hot air.
We had to pick up stuff in Stockton where the weather forecast was for triple digit weather.
Jeff was able to get the AC fixed and it was done fast (another AC shop could do it 2 weeks and the price was much higher).
I was delighted with the job.
So then I thought I would get the temperamental window motor fixed on the driver’s side of the car.
The same thing happened:
Fast service, nice & friendly people, and cheap.
You might say relatively low in cost because Twin Oak’s repair cost was half of the dealers estimate to replace the motor.

I have been impressed with the service and honesty of this garage. My SUV was totaled and when asked where to send it I asked it go to Twin Oaks. Despite the fact that there was no business for them — the car needed autobodywork, the owner could not have been more helpful in arranging for the car to move and speaking with my insurer and basically helping me work out what to do. Twin Oaks was recommended by Petaluma born and bred friends who use them on all their vehicles including commercial trucks and based on my experience, I will be bringing my vehicles there for service on a regular basis. Its good to support local folks rather then chains!
