The staff in the office are very friendly and nice but the major complaint is no one has offered to make good on a major screw up. I went in for a cleaning and the Dr. Said I had a cavity and it needed filling. The day I went to take care of this he decided without my permission to turn it into a Crown. I go from needing a filling to a crown. What could I do at this point when he shaved off most of my tooth? This Dr. Knew I would be away within 10 days on a one month trip to Europe and sure enough my temp breaks while I’m away. The amazing food in Europe was not so enjoyable, I could go on and on with this. I bring it up when I returned and I still get hit with the high bill.
