Dr. Shaw and his staff are attentive and professional. Recommendations for my care have been thoroughly reviewed, with all options presented by Dr. Shaw. We discussed all options, he listened to my concerns, and answered my questions. Dr. Shaw also stated many times to call immediately if my problem returned.

Great Facility! Staff are very helpful and friendly. Wait time is not bad at all. I Was leaving an hour after my scheduled time. Dr. Shaw is great. Kind and a great listener. Had knee surgery! Had a great experience ! All the blood tests were ordered promptly to make sure I was okay for the surgery! The hospital it was performed in was amazing ! They were so professional! I felt very safe ! My first surgery! Dr. Shaw was exceptional! My knee has two tiny scars so I wasn’t butchered! When ever I called the office with a question they answered it for me! Imagine talking to a doctor with a great positive bed side manner answered all my questions and could actually understand his answers! Great doctor great office!

I am glad I visited All Pro Orthopedics and spoke with Dr. Shaw before going for a knee surgery. Dr. Shaw offered a treatment with Platelet Rich Plasma, which helped me to avoid unnecessary surgery.
3 month after the treatment — my knee is like new. I am glad I came.

I have never met such a lazy staff in my life. Nobody and i mean nobody does will call you back at All-​Pro Orthopedics. The only person that picked up a call was the surgery scheduler. I left 5 messages for staff members relating to insurance and payment questions and never once received a call. It seems they are conveniently always on lunch or in a meeting when you have an important question.
Dr. Shaw was nice however does not take the time to explain to patients exactly what is going on. I waited for him to come in talk to me for 2 minutes and prescribe me predisone. I am 80% sure that is his routine for the first time everyone comes in. Reading some reviews about this doctor, it seems that he has forgotten to show up for someones scheduled surgery and a few of the more well known doctors in the miami area have never heard of him.
If you are looking for a great orthopedic hospital, check out University of Miami. They have some of the best doctors around and are very detailed about what is going on with you. They performed a ton more physical examinations and gave me a bunch of options before i decided to schedule surgery with them. If i had to do it all over again i would have not wasted two appointments with All-​Pro to begin with.

Dr. Jesse Shaw and his awesome team are nothing short of amazing. Dr. Shaw and his team are always kind, caring, and professional. He has helped my husband immensely with his back and shoulder pain. People may have complained about long wait times, and having a tough time making an appointment, but this kind of quality care is well worth the wait. His office team went above and beyond to have a insurance issue resolved on our behalf, and saved us a HUGE about of money. Out of all the doctors here in Florida I highly recommend All-​pro. Don’t waste your time with anyone else.

Doctor Shaw is a very good Doctor but after surgery good luck getting post operation info. They’re always super busy. In my case post op is critical, I could barely get them to call me back when I had questions. If I had to do it all over again, I’d go elsewhere.
