i found the office to be most unproffessional as well, paticuarly/​mainly the old woman with glasses, i think her name is joan, or that she is married to dr edelman. she is very pushy, rude, and arogant, and a thief as well, as she arbitrarily added on some extra charges when i hinted that id be in the market for a new eye doctor. when the secretary questioned her about the charges, she barked at her «just do what youre told!» bad, very very bad. AVOID

Very unprofessional service. Waited between ½ hour and 1 hour for appointments that were confirmed by staff. Several times it was obvious that the delay was due to a meeting with a salesperson. Selection of frames was very limited, and there were no prices on them.
