What do you say about a Target? Well, it is not Wal-Mart…thank goodness! I have been here a few times, but have not spent much $$$. I am not sure how they stay in business as there are not many people shopping. The store is clean and organized. We found a large selection of K-Cups, so we do not need to purchase different flavors from Amazon.

OMG… this store is going downhill! First, you know it’s gonna be a bad experience when there are no shopping carts in the stalls at the entrance. They were all still in the parking lot! This means they are either understaffed or have employees that don’t feel like working. I tend to think the latter because of the conversations amongst the employees inside the store claiming Target should not expect one bit of picking up clothes. As I went shopping for a baby gift, I walked amongst piles of clothes on the floor! It was worst than a Burlington Coat Factory bit just a pair of socks better than Ross. I mean, come on Target management. .where are you hiding? Get out there and show your staff how to take pride in their store! This falls short of the customer service expectations I hold. Out of all the employees seen or heard, I saw only one cashier that smiled and was truly radiating a pleasant customer experience. Needless to say, I found my way through the hot mess in a hurricane windstorm and went to the diaper aisle. Every baby needs diapers !

Great super location! The maternity section is a lot bigger than most targets I visit! I can’t help but every time I come I end up spending two hours because they have such good deals and cute clothes!

I came there at customer service to pick up my online order for a crockpot. This girl in the customer service department sucks at doing her job. I was next in line n like she put my name down and there is 3 people behind me and she decides to help the person after me and have me wait when she didnt even call someone to get my crockpot. After she finished with them she went to go get it and when i told her there was a big ass dent on it because it looked like it was dropped a couple times, she made me wait again and decided to call for back up. The other person came still didnt help me but to bring down the line and then they called another person and she didnt know what to do so i just fuckin asked for a refund because i was waiting for at least 30 minutes and all the other customers were saying this aint the first time they fucked up like this and they have the worst customer service. If you guys are going to help a customer, finish them off first before going onto the next person. Thats how it works!!! I had a great deal on this crockpot and waiting because of bad customer service was not worth it. I should of just had it shipped to my house. I had her name and forgot it. It ends with either a «on» or «an».

I went here today and also tried to use the restroom. When i went in it smelled horrible, I look down and on the floor there is poop on the baby diaper changer and on the floor. All the stalls were in need of a good cleaning(i understand nasty people dont flush but still). Flies were in the last stall. This isnt the first time I see something like this at this target but this was the worst. I refused to use this restroom and ran out of there and had to use hand sanitizer till i could get to sink to wash my hands! Beware the restrooms. I cant understand how employees still work here in these conditions. Zero Stars if it was my choice, clean your restrooms.

Yesterday I got in line at the checkout, and a few minutes later the cashier asked the customer in front of me if she’d like to apply for a Target card. She said she would, and then the cashier said to me … with HERBACKTURNEDTOME … that it would take a while. Naturally what she was about to assist the other customer with was going to take some time, but the way she conveyed the message to me was incredibly rude. From now on I’ll avoid that store since my trying to buy things there is clearly an inconvenience to the staff.

I love this Super Target. They always have the cutest things from home décor to clothes. I love how big and spacious it is and the food court area always has fresh popcorn. I like the stores all around this Target too, I just wish it was closer to my house. Then again maybe it’s a good thing for my wallet that it’s not $$.

I was just in this store today and was greeted by several employees. This store is always kept clean and neat and I can always find what I need. Kudos to the staff and management! This store is so much better than their competitor down the street.

This Target is always my first option for grocery shopping and finding the latest toys/games for my kids. Always clean and most of the staff is pretty darn friendly. There is a new kid working the registers, he’s kinda rude and just tosses the groceries carelessly into the bags. I was having a good day, so I didn’t say anything. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again because I really love this place.

I visited the Target Superstore located at 3045 Silverlake Village St, Pearland, TX77584 on Sunday March 3rd around 8:00PM. I live in the surrounding area, and frequently visit this location to handle many of my shopping needs, although the last few times I have been extremely disappointed in the upkeep and appearance of this particular location. This particular instance(March 3rd at 8:00PM) was the final straw in my tolerance and patience with this location. When I pulled in the parking lot, I was met with a sea of untamed baskets filling many of the open parking spaces. I was forced, along with all the other patrons, to park in the back of the lot due to the neglect of the baskets in the lot. As I walked to the front of the store, I was met with a disgusting view of overflowing trash cans and a littered sidewalk. This was the last time that I will shop at Target for the complete lack of effort to make a presentable shopping experience for the consumer. Included below is a link to a picture I took that night to illustrate the issue at hand: Regards, Brandon Barron

Messy location, seemed a bit untidy, even for big box retail. Found the section I was looking for, and it was basically picked clean and everything was out of place. I might try the location at another time, could be an isolated incident. When I did check out, I got a friendly cashier, which improved the experience

This Target location is Super Target, so you can get your groceries here as well. The store is kept clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. You will pay a little more here then you will on most of the same items at Walmart, but you get a overall better shopping experience.

I’ve been going to this Target for several months now, and I have to say, the staff have always been more than exemplary! They always greet me with a «Good Morning» or «Good Evening» or «How can I help you today»! Rarely do I not see an employee in their department. The baristas at Starbucks know how to make a delicious frapp., then again it might depend who’s working. Overall, I’m a happy«guest» as they eloquently put it! Will be shopping here more often.

Just your regular super target store. nothing really fancy about it. you get in, get what you want and get it. I do prefer to go there over the Super Walmart across the street. Honestly, a little less ghetto, a lot cleaner and definitely not as crowded. I try to do my shopping on week days so i don’t typically get around on the weekends, cause it really gets packed around that plaza and getting in and out of the plaza is a pain. all in all it’s just Target..

This location has so much potential, yet it often disappoints. Who is merchandising this store? Apparently, no one because the shelves are frequently empty and items that I normally purchase from Target, such as Cover Girl foundation, are not in stock. I’m glad they carry Carol’s Daughter products, but since Target has a partnership with them, that’s not surprising. They could use more variety in the beauty area. Judging from the offerings in this store, you would think there are no people/women of color in Pearland!

What up, balls?!? Oh wait, this must be a female Target. No balls. Still, great place to shop!

I shop here… ALOT. Lately, i have noticed that the maintenance of the store has been less than stellar. There has definitely been a lot of turnover. The merchandising seems haphazard often times. Not sure what’s going on? I continue to shop here because i cannot do Wally World.

Super Target is way better than Target Greatland. It is massive. Forgive me if I sound like a novice to the space this Target holds but it’s true, California Targets have nothing on Texas. The produce section alone looks like Disneyland, a fake little town. You could skip the grocery store and just buy everything here. Mango Icees? YESTHEYEXIST! THEYAREAMAZINGANDHAVE33% LESSSUGAR! Mini churros? Best snack bar ever. Mocha cappuccino hazelnut JIF spread. I don’t think my Target in NYC has this many variations of hazelnut or peanut butter spreads. Thought the dollar bins were exciting? Wait until you see the purple dots. 50% off! SCORE! Paul Frank socks are so cute and the Hello Kitty ones are even cuter! I bought a lot of junk here but that’s okay because I need it and it’s from Target and you know how Target has those special powers… Everything you need and want that you didn’t know you needed or wanted…

Before I start, let me just state that I’m Team Target(not the other giant megacorporation across the street). That said, to me its really more of a lesser-of-two-evils kind of thing. This Target is more or less the same Target you’ll find anywhere else, as one of the company’s strong suit’s is that they’re pretty consistent. I’ve had some good experiences, some bad, and lots and lots of 100% unremarkable ones too. I’ll try to sum it up in my pros/cons. PROS: –Its not Walmart. I’m not the only one to point that out OR make it my #1 point. –Decent selection of produce, but fairly lame meat selection. Medium to low quality cuts of beef, nothing to write home about(HEB Plus regularly has prime 2%) –Pretty consistently stocked and rarely do they have empty spots on the shelves. –Really nice selection of chocolate… in fact there’s an entire side of an aisle devoted to it(my waistline thanks you, Target). CONS: –Still after 2 years have never had a roaming employee acknowledge me. The one time I asked for help I think it was totally silent on their end and I felt like I was bothering them –Parking lot is bananas. Lots of moms in huge SUVs desperately needing to blow past the crosswalk before you do. –Consistently more expensive than just about anywhere else(but still, its not Wal Mart) If HEB Plus! wasn’t here, I would probably visit this Target more often.

I am typically a Target fan — their product selection, quality of generics, and ambiance keeps us comfortable while shopping, in other stores tho. The Silverlake Target is minutes from my house and probably my least favorite store. Too often I notice(or acci purchase) expired foods. Othertimes their selection is smaller than the other Targets. Lastly, the lines are beyond a drag. No express checkout and barely any registers mean you’ll typically wait 20 minutes before your turn. Not even during the holidays will they open half of the lanes. Understandable when it’s slow. but a major turnoff when you have melting goods, a cranky kid, or slow paced employees.
