Disappointing. I arrived right at 5 pm for a mani pedi. I had no appointment. The receptionist checked me in and I figured I was lucky since they only had 3 customers… little did I know at the moment I checked in that they also only have 3 techs. 3! In the ENTIRE place… at 5pm. So one of the techs stops working on the girl seated next to me in order to come remove my polish. Basically this was a ploy to keep me from leaving since they have technically started my service. I can understand the temptation to take every single person who walks in, but if it is going to result in terrible service, that may not be a winning strategy for the future. I will not be back. They lost a customer due to greed.

I’ve been here a few times and each time my pedicure is nice… not superb but nice for $ 25…but be warned it is always so freaking HOT in the salon… I guess they do not run their AC… although its summer time… in Texas! For that reason I cannot continue to come back. Its hard to enjoy a pedicure while sweating!!!

First time here on 5÷2÷2015 The other place I usually go to was so busy so I went across the street to Millennium. Ann did my hands while someone else did my feet. Ann did a great job with my nails. I read another review about the workers not«cleaning the pedicure bowl» after use and that really bothered me. I can only hope mine was cleaned before I put my feet in :-/ They have a rewards program that cost $ 5 and you get certain perks. I forgot what they are…

Shop was okay before they expanded their location. Now the quality of the services are terrible and the management is a joke. They judge the incoming clientele based on looks. They have no interest in serving everyone equally. I could understand a little more if their manicures/pedicures were stellar, but they’re not. I go to the newer nail salon across the street La Vie Nail & Spa.

They did NOT clean the pedicure bowl with *any* cleaning agent(s) when my service was completed. I watched the tech rinse the bowl with water, pick up the tools she used during my service, and walk away, leaving the bowl looking clean and ready for the next customer. This means they probably didn’t clean it before seating me. GROSS. I will NOT return.

Taylor is very good and courteous. The shop is always very neat and clean. Nice soothing music flowing. They are fast and you’re not in the nail shop all day waiting for device. I make an appointment ahead of time and it’s always on point. I definitely recommend this place.

Loved the spa, my feet have not felt this fabulous in a long time! The prices are a bit high, but worth every penny. Will be going back!

I was expecting at least an average experience with a shellac manicure and received much less. No other customers were present, just 2 technicians. I was not offered anything to drink and the 2 gals spoke in a foreign language loudly to each other the whole time I was there. There was zero hand massage and no cuticle cream which are typically standard with a $ 30 shellac mani. This experience was far from relaxing and I will not be going back… too many other options.

Clean, courteous and consistent. This salon is a few dollars more than some of the salons in the area, but I have never had an issue with any service or encountered rude behavior from one of the techs. Frequent services: solar refill(nails), pedicure, eyebrow wax.
