History

Established in 2012.

The history of Inspector 55 is my history in the construction industry. Starting with summer jobs in high school then building homes from the dirt to the roof by hand in the early 70’s I poured concrete foundations, installed electrical, air condition and plumbing, framed houses, built cabinets and installed roofs. At this time we used hammers instead of nail guns. I started my own construction company in 1980 building homes in the Houston area and owning a custom cabinet and trim company. By the 1990’s I was building homes in River Oaks and Memorial, building out luxury condominiums, and constructing law offices and oil and gas company offices in the high rise Towers in Houston and Dallas. My experience uniquely qualifies me to see every aspect of home construction and relate to home buyers concerns.
