Thank you Don, you are extremely kind and helpful.
I am a first-​time home buyer, so obviously I know basically nothing about the details in houses.
Don walked me around the property, had me climb up in the attic, and trail all over the townhouse to make sure that I knew everything. He helped explain things to me that not only would I not have noticed, but I certainly wouldn’t have known what to do had I noticed.
He inspected my parent’s apartment before they bought it, which is where I got the recommendation. And really, I recommend him to everyone.
