I’ve had to stop coming here. I like their food but it is just too busy all the time. The drive thru line has 2 lanes and can be 20 cars deep. It isn’t worth waiting 30 minutes.

This location is always innovating and always improving. They just added a third drive thru line! Crazy! Service is incredibly fast for how busy they are. My go to order is the spicy chicken meal with sweet tea. You won’t be let down. I highly recommend this location.

Always a pleasure to come to this Chick-fil-a! I’m always greeted by someone as soon as I walk in the door whether it’s the middle of the lunch rush, the crack of dawn, or fifteen minutes before closing time. The staff treats you like family and is very attentive to all your needs! Food is fast and fresh and is so good! Sometimes I feel as if this Chick-fil-A serves better food than others! I highly recommend getting the chicken noodle soup and the fries and eating them together, it is quite heavenly. Aside from this keep in mind that during their peak hours the service may be a little slower than usual because of the mass amount of orders that are being put in. During these times it is also a good idea to park in the Home Depot parking lot to avoid the chaos of finding parking and getting out of the parking lot with all the people rushing in to get some good food! Overall this place is great and even gives back to the community with many fundraising nights! Come as often as you can!

«My Pleasure» — they must be trained to say that at this location. The staff is very, very friendly, but it becomes a little Stepfordian after a while. Sometimes this place is a bit slow, but they usually deal with a massive amount of customers, so it can be excused. This location is well managed and the employees will go the extra mile. I’ve been here countless times and have only had a few minor issues. They have free Wi-Fi. If halves were possible, I’d give it 4.5 stars; since they’re not, I’ll give it 5.

Awasome service… Always smiley face… Nice Dine-in… Fast and fresh food… price is affordable to all… The more you ask the more you get sauce, no limit… dedicated employee for cleaning. Friendly staff, before you need any assistance you might find them with you. I believe their success is Customer Service. I dont think any other restaurant spending that much for customer service.

Impressed with their service during ‘lunch hour’ and how efficient the girl took my order. My PROBLEM was when I got to the window and paid by credit card, I first noticed the employee wrapped my credit card with my receipt and then before handing it to me she ‘accidentally’ dropped my card while her hand was still inside and only handed me the receipt. Had I not noticed my credit card slipping from her fingers, I would’ve driven off without it and probably would have gotten credit card fraud. I had to ask her three times to give me my card back, she was acting dumb founded but eventually bent down to retrieve it and gave me back my card. Love Chik Fil A, but with this learning experience at this location, I will pay cash next time.

Always good/great service as a constant. Cleaning the tables always seems to be an issue when I’m here but it’s not a big deal to me but that’s the only reasion I gave 4 stars instead of 5. They need to expand this building to make things more efficient for the amount of customers they serve.

Park your vehicle at Home Depot and walk to CFA during busy meal times! It’ll save you the frustration of driving in the restaurant’s cramped parking lot. There’s also a little bit of shade if you park near the trees at Home Depot.(All y’all Texans know how valuable shaded parking is!) I frequently visit this particular CFA and all the employees are cheerful and provide great customer service. But 3 specific employees stand out to me: Bethany, Dylan and Mrs. Elaine. I’m a little embarrassed by this, but Bethany and Dylan know me by name. Bethany always has a smile on her face, and greets me with«Hey Howard!» each time I see her in the restaurant. Dylan memorized my usual order. And it’s not a simple order, since I modify the entrée, side, and drink.(Yes, I’m a restaurant’s nightmare customer). But Dylan maintains his adorable personality and is very cheerful about the whole thing. (And if you’re wondering what I order, it’s a #1 combo, sandwich with no butter and a container of Polynesian sauce, no fries-exchange for side salad with extra packets of dried red bell peppers, drink with 90% unsweetened/10% sweetened tea. Like I said– nightmare customer) Mrs. Elaine is a super sweet older lady who you can’t help but love. Joy develops within me every time I talk to her and eating here just wouldn’t feel the same without some sort of interaction with Mrs. Elaine. I really enjoy when she walks up to my table and we have some quick small talk. Props to Bethany, Dylan, and Mrs. Elaine for being fantastic CFA team members! Also, food here is good. Eat here.

The food is good as far as your standard Chik-Fil-A rest food. However, they regularly get my orders wrong if I ask them to Hold The Cheese on my Breakfast Burrito and/or ask them to make it only with Eggs & Veggies(Peppers & Onions). Last year, I would go there 6 — 12x per month. However, I’m just about done with them. I’m hoping this review will get back to Chik-Fil-A. I wish there was another CFA closer to me than this one. I told the manager on duty last month that I would keep coming to this CFA. However, I would start reporting all my negative experiences to Corp. Hope this reaches them. PS: Whatever happened to their employees saying«Thank You!»? They need to Re-Train their employees that the customers have choices. Please don’t start treating customers like McDonalds!!!
