We have created a comfortable environment where you can completely focus on you; your body, your mind, your spirit. Our studio allows our clients to focus during individual and semi-​private Pilates sessions. The atmosphere is supportive, private, and non-​competitive, designed to enhance concentration and to promote a sense of physical accomplishment and overall well-​being.

The Tara Kalson Studio is equipped with a full range of beautifully crafted and professionally maintained Pilates apparatus. We offer sessions on the Pilates Reformer, Tower, Wunda-​chair, Ped-​i-​pul, Barre, and Spine Corrector. A wide variety of accessory tools are available to support each session including our signature Fletcher Towel. The blend of mat exercises, stretching, core strengthening, and resistance training will leave you feeling stronger, taller, and more refreshed!

Business Owner

Tara started practicing Pilates in Rhode Island; continuing to broaden her horizons and hone her skills in various studios as she migrated down the East Coast. She decided that she wanted to share her love of Pilates on a professional level and entered the most comprehensive and definitive international Pilates educational program of it’s kind. Fletcher Pilates derives from the physical conditioning method developed by Joseph and Clara Pilates in the 1920s and expands to include its evolution and interpretation endorsed by Master Teacher, Ron Fletcher.

Tara studied in California with world renowned Pilates Teachers and dancers until she earned her Qualified Teaching certificate at the top of her class. Her commitment to consistently improving both her personal practice, and her clients’ experiences motivates her to continue to study with her mentor, Krista McCarthy, PMA®-CPT in Delray Beach, Florida. She currently teaches her students out of her studio just outside of Atlanta.
