Toscana’s Ristorante specializes in southern Italian cuisine. Homemade sauce is a mainstay at Toscana’s as well as homemade pasta and affordable pricing. Chef Armando Pitella of East Boston who has over 60 years experience prides himself in making fresh tomato sauce, like your mother used to make it. Our sauce is made from only the highest quality tomato’s, meats and vegetables.
Fresh seafood is a priority at Toscana’s as the fish is hand picked directly at the fish pier in Boston. Our family has been in the fish industry for many years as our family has been selling fish at the Haymarket in Boston since 1980.

As of June, 2009, Toscana’s Ristorante has been revitalized with new ownership. The new proprietors have infused the restaurant with a fine attention to detail, along with an authentic, Italian flavor; genuinely inspired by the Tuscan region of Italy.
