Dunkin’ Donuts

A dunkin will never be a five star establishment a two for a standard shop. This store gets plus 2 stars for being the dunkin donuts test shop.
Dunkin. Adding to the dereliction of our youth by doubly teaching them to misspell — dunking and doughnuts.

This DD is the best early in the morning during the week. Drive thru is usually right on with orders. Very friendly and courteous. Would give 5 stars but that parking lot is the worst.

This is the worst DD I have ever encountered. Incompetent and rude staff. They never get an order right. Just awful.

At this Dunkin they don’t know how to do math. I was supposed to get change and they kept it. Then I went another day same thing. Avoid this location and drive to a Starbucks instead. Better coffee and service.

One year later and believe it or not it sucks even worse.
First order of business– Change the name to «Dunkin Other Shit» because they don’t have more than 2 or 3 donuts.
This place is now just a collection of stuff– mostly garbage. Their muffins have more fat than donuts. The egg McFattys are a greasy nasty business. There’s no reason to come here except for weak coffee.
The more I think about it, they should remove «Dunkin» from the name too because there’s nothing to dunk. So the new name should be «OTHER SHIT EXCEPT DONUTS».

I swear this place has the most INCOMPETENT bunch of Aholes working there!
I just left from that place 10 mins ago and i truly question our education system! I drive towards the place and its empty so im thinking YES this should be quick… I asked for 2 orders of pancake bites (which blew btw) and an order of hash browns and a small iced coffee. Simple right. NOT AT THIS PLACE~
I get the coffee. check! Then i see the same girl scrambling and asking how many orders i had and how many pancake bites i should get. well if 3 come in an order and i got 2 orders then i should be getting (6 for all you math phobes) simple right. NOT AT THIS PLACE~
I was asked to go wait in the lot for my order which is fine its happened b4 at other DD’s. I’m thinking it should be out in about 5 mins right? NOT THIS PLACE~
15 min comes along im about to walk in there and blow my top. i see the same girl looking in my direction waving a bag… i know she doesnt expect me to come in and get that right… then after 5 MORE mins the manager or whoever finally walks out with my bag and says «im so sorry the who girl made your order forgot you were out here waiting… here is a refund for the bites. i am sorry»
I’m still mad at this point but glad that it didnt have to escalate or turn ugly I drive away and check my bag… those F@kkrs forgot the damn hash browns!!! I will never EVER EVER EVER come here again.
