Dunkin’ Donuts

I went through the drive-​thru this morning to order my coffee. It was my first and my last time there. I have never had my coffee order mangled so badly before this transaction. I worked at Dunkins for over two years so I can testify that it is an incredibly easy job, not complicated at all. So it just amazes me when people fail so horribly at it. My coffee not only missed the mark, but I don’t even think it had the mark in its sights. The drive-​thru line was quick. Though, I suppose that’s what you get when the employees don’t care what they’re putting out of the window. I don’t care how (reasonably) long I have to wait, I just want effort put into my coffee so that it’s made correctly. The older lady who handed me my coffee was very pleasant, though.

Definitely the worst DD in the area! There are probably 10 within a half mile radius of my home… and I usually will go to a different one but every once in a while I forget how bad this one is and I go back only to be quickly reminded once again.
Last month I was told to pull up and they would be out with my food shortly. 10 minutes later, I walk inside and they had forgotten. Today I order a crossaint sandwich. The girls says we are all out of croissants can we can make the sandwich on something else, I say sure how about a bagel. I pay and drive off and when I grab my «sandwich» it’s just a toasted bagel but they charged me for a $ 4.00 sandwich. Alas I was in a rush and had no time to deal with it. Done with you cottage st. Dunkin!

Probably one the worst DD I’ve been to! I ordered a grill cheese sandwich that was barely toasted, (nothing like highly buttered bread) and a Caramel Coffee Coolata that was barely frozen (more liquid than anything) and had NO WHIPPED CREAM!
The Drive-​thru lady was very pleasant though.

Never a line at this drive-​thru. Always tons of parking available. Just a few tables inside, but never full.
Also just went to blood drive here and got free 1 lb bag of Dunkin donuts coffee… Great way to give back and earn some free coffee while you’re at it.

Convenient location right in the plaza next to Stop and Shop. Just grab a coffee before grocery shopping. Also I come here all the time for their blood drives! Free bag of coffee with it!

It’s a NEW dunkin donuts and it sucks.
Industrialized, plasticized, sterilized, euthanized.
It’s like a utility closet designed by company efficiency assholes. In fact, the only thing missing here is eliminating the humans and putting in robots. Poor selection of donuts. No French Cruller. Out of stock on coffee beans. Stupid place for hiding napkins. Friendly employees while they last.
