ALL of our vehicles are late model, GPS equipped, absolutely immaculate, licensed by WCTLC and fully insured for $ 1.5 million per car. All vehicles are 100% smoke free. Vehicles are driven by well dressed, professional, courteous drivers that have clean driving records and have completed the NYS DMV 6 hour defensive driving course. Your safety is our number one concern.

No extra charge for late night or early morning airport runs! We take pride in our service and appearance and it will show, that’s why we do not add gratuity to your bill. You determine the tip based on our overall service. When you ride with us you will have direct communication with your driver VIA cell phone for any last minute changes or requests. Flights are tracked and invoices are e-mailed within 24 hours of traveling with us. We treat all our clients like family, and we want to be your number one choice in limousine and car service.

Did a great job at my wedding! They parked slightly in the wrong place so there was a little bit of confusion and they ended up being about 10 mins late, but to their credit it was (a) confusing where to go and (b) they were incredibly apologetic about it.

First time using these folks, I found them on Unilocal.Nicole answered the phone and it felt like talking to a best friend! Friendly, helpful, efficient and honest! I hired Bill and Nicole at SilverShield for a birthday celebration in the city for my daughter and her boyfriend. I could not be happier with the service. Nicole was one of the most personable customer service professionals I have ever dealt with. The price was competitive but more importantly, the service, the quality and cleanliness of the limo, the driver and his reliability (even holding a large umbrella to shield them from the pouring rain), and the personal touches were unmatched. This is the second year we have used this service to take my elderly mother and assorted relatives from Connecticut to New York City after dinner on Thanksgiving. We are very happy with their service. Our driver was very personable and acommodating; when my mother’s energy flagged, she agreed to come an hour earlier than my reservation.
Their rates are competitive but even if they were not, I would pay extra for the excellent service.
