Business Owner

James Vitanza is the Owner of J&J Management Services, LLC. After acquiring 10 years of professional Management experience from multiple Management Firms, he decided to combine all of his expertise and form a Management Company that supersedes them all.

As a Manager of over 2000 units, he knows how to prioritize, multitask, communicate, and deliver results effectively. His knowledge of maintenance necessities as well as financial expertise allows him to be an all around professional of the all services a Management Company should provide. His strength is communicating effectively with Board Members and Residents. Communication builds long lasting relationships, which J&J Management intends to do.

He is an active member in the Community Association Institute (CAI) and the Builders Realty Institute (BRI). J&J Management Services prides itself as being a member of the Mahopac/​Carmel Chamber of Commerce.
