Dunkin Donuts & Baskin Robbins

They are rip off and false advertising no where on the menu says 35 cents extra for whipped cream for cold drinks no other dunkin dounuts charges 35 cents but this one soon they are going to charge us for straws sugar and other little items and when i told them why didn’t tell me the whipped cream is extra hes like we are the only ones that charge extra wow

Waited at the cash register for 10 minutes in which a cashier walked by 6 times looking for her phone charger and talking to her coworkers without even acknowledging us. After finding her charger she even helped herself to some ice cream and went to the back without a word said to me or my friend. I understand if her shift’s over and she’s packing up but it would be polite usually to tell a customer that somebody will be with them rather than ignoring them for 10 minutes. Needless to say, we left without getting anything…

Horrible service. Horrible quality. Avoid it and go to a local coffee shop for much better service and quality food.
Tonight I went to this location and chose to do drive through. It took almost four minutes for the guy to ask for my order after I was at the menu sign. I ordered and went to the pick up window. The guy had no concept of customer service. No personality whatsoever. And then I got my drink that tasted slightly worse than the customer service I had just received. A waste of five minutes waiting as the only car in line and a waste of $ 3.00 for a drink. Next time I’ll drive the extra mile to another location.

Have you ever had the jolly experience of trying stale spinkles?
Well I got to experience it on my not so jolly experience at this baksin robbins. It was late, we were craving ice cream, oh and we weren’t in Miami where you can 99.9% of the time find what you need at any crazy hour of the night. Aside from the stale sprinkles, customer service was horrible. It was completely dead and the guy kept rushing us, he was rude on top of it. Ice cream makes me happy, keeps me sane, and most times that I walk out of any ice cream shop I am normally fulfilled with JOY not frustration and rage… Our «oh so happy» (I am totally being sarcastic) attendant was named Prakash. If you are going to be rude to customers don’t work in a customer oriented environment!!!

As a DD goes, it’s like many others around every street corner in every town but this one is special because of its location. Paterson may not be the safest at night but this store certainly is. Police officers are always stopping by and staff are very friendly. It also does well in the cleanliness department. Overall a nice stop at night for some java.
