I usually make my own coffee at home, but since this location close to the college, I sometimes just get my morning coffee here. They have never gotten my order wrong yet, but the customer service here is awful. The employees are always rude and upset. Yes, as a barista myself, I understand the chaotic rush in the morning, but the baristas here really should have customer service training.

Firstly, I understand as a fellow barista and as a customer that when the line just keeps growing and that it’s busy that it’s stressful but this place literally has some of the most careless service. They’ve messed up my simple order of a large Iced Tea liquid sugar & lemon every time I’ve ordered it (ノ_​＜) It isn’t a complicated task… They didn’t even fix my order once *sigh
