Bistro one is a Family owned restaurant specializing in platters. We offer gyro, chicken, mix, falafel, half chicken, kufta kabab and shrimp platters! All platters are served with rice, salad, pita bread and our handmade secret white sauce on the side. We also are proud to serve hand made burgers that are always fresh, never frozen and cooked to your liking. If your in the mood for a fresh gyro or chicken wrap, we have that too. We strive in preparing fresh food always.

This place is awesome! They have the best platters around. I come here about once a week to order lunch for my staff and myself and we always enjoy the meal. I recommend this place to anyone looking for platters That don’t feel like going to the city to get one

Worst place ever to come to. I came here thinking they would at least bring is the menu, being that I was dinning in. Nope the guy screamed the menus up here guys get up and get it like damn a hello would have been nice. Food didn’t even come in plates but tins and wax paper. Never coming again!

Worst place I have been to in Paterson. They have insufficient workers which yields in long wait (1hour=), overcooked or burnt food, and poor service. I had the kofta kabob, it came with two small portion pieces, oh yeah i forgot the rice was not cooked yet so they substitute it with french fries. I am definitely not coming back to this place. Very poor management and quality of food served to the customer.

We go to Paterson for the usual kebabs and gyros. This nice place caught our eye and we wanted to give them a try. This is not another Kabab joint… although you can get kabobs, they have wraps, chili fries and we especially enjoyed the brisket. Everything was finger lickin’ good and we are actually planning to go back tonight. Give them a try, you’ll be a regular for sure!
